My husband and I visited New Balance at Sherway Gardens in Etobicoke. Vincent was very helpful and patient. He answered all our questions and helped us find just right pairs.

This location is great. Awesome selection, great deals, and helpful staff. Special shout out to Kim the assistant store manager who was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Sporting Life is a very big showroom selling sportswear, active wear and other general garments as well for men, women and kids. Sporting Life is selling shoes for all as well. They sell bicycles and there's a good range and display of that. The store has many brands Adidas, Nike, Under Armour etc. Display is nice and staff is good. There are some deals available as well.

I had a fantastic experience shopping at Sporting Life, and a large part of that was thanks to the amazing customer service provided by a young man named sai. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to listen to my needs and offer several options that fit my criteria. I ended up purchasing a nice pair of Nike trainers.

Picked up a kayak here and it was a super smooth experience. I was a bit anxious about picking up such a large item at such a busy location but they were pros. Guided me to the pickup spot (P3 level in the garage near the Keg) and 2 gents brought it out to my car. Very friendly and quick.

Russ is an absolute GEM and must be protected at all costs.
Russ took his time to help me get my ski boots fitted and fixed and taught me so much in the process. For once, I actually felt like a store staff was looking out for me and my experience with the gear I purchased. He also has great customer service skills. There had been a miscommunication with another shopper who seemed to be very upset and Russ handled the situation very calmly and nicely and managed to get the shopper the last minute help they needed. This man is truly a gem.

I came into Sporting Life a couple weeks ago for a Canada Goose jacket that my wife sent me to get for our daughter for Christmas. When I came in, there seemed to be a shortage in sizes (totally understandable) which an associate under the name of Jessica apologized for many times. She made some totally awesome suggestions, showed me what my options were for parkas and knew what age group and body figure typically sticks to which jackets. My wife wasn’t answering her phone so I wasn’t able to get a second opinion and completely trusted Jessica. I came home that day, told my wife they didn’t have the jacket she originally sent me for, but showed her the one Jessica suggested and she absolutely loved it.

Fast forward to Christmas day (today), my daughter opened her gift and absolutely loved it. She even showed us that same exact jacket was on her secret Christmas list. I can’t believe how lucky we got with Jessica as the last time I came into Sporting Life’s Canada Goose I was greeted with someone who was rather uninterested.

We can never be more grateful for Jessica making our daughter’s Christmas day. If you’re ever in Sporting Life, Jessica is your go to. Cheers!

Over the weekend it was my first time coming to any sporting life location and I loved it so much thanks to an employee named Jaspreet! She was so kind and genuine and made my experience hundred times better! The patagonia clothing here has a wide variety and i’m very happy with my purchases made here. I will definitely be coming back here!

This morning i tried on my BURTON snowboard boots that i purchased last November. 2021. They were slightly tighter than my old burtons that were a size 10 also. I called the Sherway store after seeing they had a 10.5 in stock, they confirmed it was there and within 30 mins i was there and leaving with the right size. Russ and Francis provided me with a seamless solution/swap, even tough i was a couple days past the return policy. The customer service as this store is outstanding. Thank you all.

My fav sporting life store. Large and clean shopping environment with good deals! Majority of the staff are friendly and help me patiently with every question I have re the size, style and etc. The company also has a good loyalty program. Love it and highly recommend!

Always have a wonderful experience shopping here. Despite covid, curbside and online orders were very easy and perfectly managed. Not only that, but customer service in store remains as helpful and well staffed. I was shopping there the other day and an associate went above and beyond to help me find an item. I also love the wide selection of brands and merchandise from clothing, jackets and gear for whatever sport or activity. Always my go to place for whatever I need!

Cool store with great staff. Came in last weekend looking for new snow gear for my husband and son and Tomy was a life saver! He helped us locate the sizes we needed, even when inventory was flying off the shelves and he made sure we had everything we needed. His patience and knowledge of product will surely be bringing us back here! Highly recommend!

Wonderful selection of swimwear and such amazing customer service representatives. Note to the management team: After the store closes, it would be nice if you could kindly ask customers to leave the store so your staff can tidy and reorganize their work areas. Your staff work very hard and I'm sure that they would love to go home to their families, after a long day. Customers continues to browse, shop and make a mess past closing and this leave the sales associates cleaning up, way past closing time. This is a note from an observant customer and is in no way influenced by a member/members of your staff. I look forward to shopping at your new Sherway Location. The $20 coupon is a nice start to the fall season!

Service was good and the store seems to have good measures for cleaning and distancing. Line ups were acceptable and employees were helpful. First store I visited since stage 3 of opening measures and I am pleased with everything. Family loves shopping here due to brands & general good quality of garments. Will be visiting again in the future.

Katherine operations manager provided outstanding leadership and customer service in solving an inventory discrepancy (online vs physical) and most importantly did the research and coordinated efforts to find me an excellent solution. Staff at the Sherway Store are AWESOME - and honest. I left my Coach purse/pouch there yesterday by mistake, and when I called the store today to see if it had been turned in, sure enough they had it tucked away safe and sound. I love honest and helpful people, and they were both! PLUS, I shop at the Sherway store regularly because they have gorgeous, sporty stuff at reasonable prices, and good sales! Got my ski bindings adjusted same day despite 5 other stores saying it would take a week. They were very busy in the store and there was no way of them telling me when they were finished so we were in the store 10 minutes waiting for them despite my bindings being fixed. I wish they had an email system. Everyone was very polite and they did a professional job. Even offered full refund if they were unable to do it.
