I went to champs to find some shoes . They do have good shoes, but not much in my size. The service was decent, like all costumer service are all good . Then I found some Jordan’s . That were in my size and tbh there a good Price for Jordan’s. They are the best shoes since I got in 3 years.

We had an amazing time bowling at champs! Food and drinks were awesome, staff was very nice!

Alex helped us today and she was great.
They didn’t have our size but she took the time to locate them. Thank you Alex for being kind, efficient and respectful. You’re awesome.

Very friendly and welcoming staff who are knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile in customer service. I was taken care of by Antonette, who welcomed me with a smile and helped me find the shoes I was looking for, and suggested other locations for a different pair I needed. 5/5 stars

Shoutout to Jessica that helped me with refunding my Nike AF1's that I bought over a month ago and ended up ripping after their first use. She made the process so smooth and even requested Foot Locker to reserve the same size for me, so I can purchase it after I got my refund from Champs. Thank you for your efforts, appreciate it lots!

I went in travelling from Toronto for a pair of slides, I already went to Sherway to every location to find a pair and they did not have any in the size I wanted…

When I came to Champs Isiah helped me and mentioned they didn’t have it in the slides I needed so we kept trying different ones and no luck.

He then OFFERED ME HIS OWN!!
That was put on hold for him!!!!
I usually do not like my experience here but this just set it RIGHT off for me, immaculate service..

A great alternative if you can't find those shoe brands from Footlocker. And sometimes this store have better sale price than the rest.
