This review is for one employee @ the hwy# 8 Winona location, Sandy, who works the front counter and the rest of the store at the same time in the early morning, makes my coffee better than anyone ever has and it is consistently perfect. Hats off to such a great employee!

Been coming to this Tim Hortons for more than 10 years, and Sandy is the only reason why I come back, she makes the best coffee at this location. Haven’t seen her in a few days, and already miss her!!!

Stopped here on the way home. There wasn't a huge lineup when we stopped in and the coffee was good and not burnt. One of the better tim hortons I've been to in the province.

There was a girl raman she made my coffee perfect she was so polite and such a good team member i have ever seen in Tim Hortons thanks again

The new hire is the GOAT. Extremely nice and a lovely smile. The manager was also very helpful and patient while we ordered for a big group.

Great location with friendly staff. This location has one of the best selection of donuts that I have ever seen. They actually have my favorite donut which is the roasted coconut chocolate donut 😋. This location also offers an indoor seating, an outdoor patio seating area, and drive through.

Although not always perfect, the staff puts full effort. Understaffed, but they try their best.

This Timmy's is the best! They always seem to have more selection of bakery items than others. The drive-thru isn't the fastest but it's always worth the wait. I've never had a bad coffee from here! Most Tim Hortons that I go to have made my coffee wrong at one point or another, some mess it up all the time but this Timmy's makes a perfect coffee everytime!

Great people here! The staff is friendly and makes an attempt to relate kindly to the clients. I phoned from my car and the supervisor went to my mom and let her know I would be late . She is elderly and doesn't have a cell phone - the supervisor found her, from my description, and let her know I would be late, so she would not be worried. This is way beyond customer service! I am so impressed! She was so happy when I got there and said the person was really nice to her and set her up at a table outside, in the shade, and brought her a tea and sandwich. Wow! so impressive - and on a long weekend!! Thank you so much!

Perfect options for any quick meal. Great place to take grandchildren too.

Very good coffee. I liked the hot and iced versions. I normally do not like iced coffee. You could taste the coffee not just sugar. I ordered it with just some milk and the coffee flavor was stronger and I enjoyed it more. Good pastries, but the coffee was the star.

This is the best tim hortons in the entire area of stoney creek. Michelle that works the drive through is amazing! She has a great attitude and is always singing to her customers and making people laugh. All of the women that work the drive through are fantastic.

Consider THIS Tim Hortons even when traveling on the QEW. It is a short drive south on Fifty Rd. towards the escarpment in Winona. Making a right (west) at hwy 8/ Winona Gardens. Travel beyond the next set of lights and you will find it on your left hand side. It does have its busy moments but is removed from the hustle and bustle of places closer to the highway. There is a shaded grassy area perfect for lawn chairs or tailgating.
Tim Hortons is well known for its coffee but also has a varied menu that is intended to appeal to everyone.

The French vanilla is my new favourite drink from here. I like the new rewards program and it seems like it works for everybody which is great! Tim Hortons is always working to serve the community better. 😀

Michelle is the best . Always with a smile on her face :) and super quick service ! I drive further to come to this location.
