I love the service. I'm always treated like a valued customer. They know time is important to me and they always fit me into the schedule quickly. They give me no reason to service my vehicle elsewhere. I really like that there is no upselling pressure, but that they do advise me of what future maintenance issues I should be watching for.

My fiancé was driving my 2021 GMC 3500 around Winkler when the engine light came on. When she informed me of this I decided to call Janzen’s. I spoke to Murray in service. He said they would be able to get my truck in the following afternoon which was okay as the truck was still running fine and was only being used around town. The next day they picked the truck up from my fiancés work. They promptly fixed the issues which involved 2 recalls and replacing a glow plug. They had the truck back to her within a few hours. Awesome service especially considering we didn’t even buy the vehicle from them! We were treated with courtesy and respect. Murray is a great guy to talk to! We will not hesitate to return to this dealership for service in the future and will consider our next vehicle purchase from them. Thanks so much!

Kevin Talbot went above & beyond for us as we decided what was going to work best for our situation,(I’m sure he thought we were nuts, lol!!). I have to say, being a true blue Ford person, switching to a GMC was hard for this farm girl… BUT the change has not disappointed! I “REALLY” LOVE my 2500 HD DENALI 3/4 tonne!!
