Charley B's Classic Grill & Ice Cream Parlour

Absolutely 100% worth the drive. We have been to Charley B’s for a few years now and have enjoyed everything we have tried.
They also accommodate people with celiacs which is a huge bonus.
The fries are really crispy but could use a bit of seasoning which a little salt can fix.
Go here. You won’t regret it.

Ok this place is amazing, in fact i’ve been back twice in the last week and will probably be back again shortly and every time i’m passing through or working in or near the Winkler area. In fact i’d make the drive down from Winnipeg just to have their Big Bad Wolf burger it’s that good. It’s absolutely unbeatable and anybody who disagrees will receive a strongly worded letter from me. Not often does an eatery leave me this satisfied with their product. From the initial tastings of their burgers, poutine and fresh squeezed lemonade i’m confident in saying whatever you order will satisfy!

So we thought we'd order light and just get a poutine and burger and share it. Well, we ate half the burger and barely made a dent in the poutine. The portions are generous. It's also not cheap but here you definitely get what you pay for. The food tasted like it was made from real ingredients, I don't know if it's made from scratch but it certainly tastes like it was made from scratch.

My wife & I, along with friends of ours have been touring Manitoba on our motorcycles this year... generally afternoon trips of 5 or 6 hours out and back from Winnipeg. This evening's ride took us to Charley B's in Winkler.
2 of us had the White Mushroom burger, 1 had an Ohana burger and 1 had a regular cheeseburger plus onion rings. Although the items are slightly pricey, the food quality is fantastic. There were no complaints on ANY of the items ordered. Next visit will be for the ice cream side of the menu.
Definitely a favorite and repeat stop in our travels.

My wife and I love it here. They have amazing ice cream and flavours (and peanut butter dip for the cones, which my wife loves). The burgers are amazing and they got several kinds of poutine and chilli fries which are all great. Great food combined with a shady spot to sit is all good things. I just wish the chairs were a little more comfortable.

Probably my favorite burger spot in Manitoba. I make a point to stop in for a burger whenever I’m nearby. There was Dole pineapple dairy free soft serve ice cream that was incredibly delicious. Highly recommend this place for any burger lovers.

The best place!! Definitely somewhere you should go to try a burger and ice cream! We made a point to come here twice this year! Their caramel apple ice cream sundae was amazing!

Extremely tasty food that isn't particularly good for me but my tastebuds have needs. My tastebuds appreciate the multitude of flavourlishousness (<--- new word I just created to describe taste) that Charley B's provides for it my tastebuds!

Love this place! Delicious icecream made there. Also had mushroom caps and sweet potato fries. The fries were good but different then whT ice hD elsewhere. Perhaps more homemade. And if you order lemonade its a "big" cupful of homemade with a chunk of lemon 🍋 😋😋😋

Great ice cream and large selection. Infrastructure is great for sun & rain coverage. Good central location on Main Street.

Simply superb. Decent variety on the menu and although it isn’t obvious there are Gluten Free options available. The food was outstanding, the GF bun didn’t fall apart & the burgers were extremely tasty. The young lady who took our order was friendly and helpful, asking all the necessary questions to accommodate my GF requirements. If you find yourself in Winkler or nearby Morden, stop by Charley B’s - you will not be disappointed.

Warning! If you have this ice cream all other ice cream in Winkler won't taste as good, seriously though I am always a bit disappointed in other icecream after having theirs! The fries are great and the Thai crispy chicken. Burger is my go to! Service is always good and the food is super fresh and locally sourced!

Best place to eat in Winkler and surrounding communities! Quality food, made fresh, and some unique options to try. A great staff, who always gets our orders correct. Love the rewards program as well.

The food is amazing and the staff are wonderful. The owners are so creative in coming up with new ice cream flavours or other foods and they are very big on using local ingredients. As if you need another reason to go, you can join the Grub Club and get points every time you go which you can later redeem for some pretty cool prizes.

Charkey B's has so many ice cream options to choose from, there is truly something for everyone! Great patio area, friendly staff and very generous serving sizes as well. Ice cream was delicious and I really enjoyed the white chocolate dip which I've never seen before. Also got the checker split which was huge and a great deal for the price. My only regret is not coming here sooner!
