Every morning when I go to work, I stop at the McDonald’s on Franklin Avenue for a coffee and a bite to eat and every day I’m greeted by the same staff always with a smile, always pleasant, always professional I’d like to point out that their service and smiles are always consistent Thank you for making my mornings better. !

Always reliable burgers. Renovations really helped make it comfortable and staff are friendly. I suggest using the McDonald's app for discounts.

I usually go there when I’m around town.
Love the place , extremely clean and one lady by the name of Natasha amazing and always keeps the place immaculate.
Keep up with your good job .
Would recommend anyone.

I'm a regular costumer here and this location change a lot since it was opened but still the service is good and the food is great, nothing more to say.

Great for kids. They love the happy meals.

This is an excellent location. Orders are always right and you rarely recieve fries that aren't freshly made. Drive thru is open 24/7 and they even allow you to just walk up to the window if you don't have a vehicle. The self serve ordering computers are easy to use and allow you to customize your order with ease. The restaurant itself is always very clean and the employees are polite. It's a nice place to just drink some coffee and get some free wifi. Compared to other McDonald's in fort McMurray this one is the best.

Good MacDonald's. Love the electronic ordering system! A little long on the wait time but I think that may just be because they also have the drive through to take care of. So I won't dock a star. But ultimately it's really good.

The screen I ordered from was very polite and allowed me the time to stand and decide what I wanted, as I was feeling quite indecisive that morning.

The food took a good 10 minutes to be prepared, as I was not the only patron at this time. But by my eye, McMuffin's were being constantly thrown together. The staff was in constant motion. I had no complaints.

The food when it did arrive: it was freshly made, right from the grill / deep fry.
I had two hashbrowns and a McGriddle that were out of this world.
Would do it all again.

Stopped in for milkshakes with the grandkids. Quick, efficient service. Reasonable price. The place was clean and busy enough on a summer weekday afternoon.

Staff are awesome, food is quick, hot, and what I ordered.

They keep taking the food for drive thru waited 10 mins

We were there to do our part to support Ronald McDonald House for #McHappyDay and snap a photo of our family shared on the screen.

Ronald McDonald House Charities in Edmonton gave us a place to call home while our little 29 week Preemie warrior spent 2.5 months in the Royal Alexander NICU.

When i Went to Mcdonald's, their service is good but quite long because they're busy though.... But i reccomend it to visit and eat there.

I usually do curb side pickup. The service is quick and efficient. The staff is always very friendly.

Got some mcdoubles and fries for me my mom and a friend, everything was warm and fresh. Enjoyed it very much.

Very fast service, specially with 2 drive through ordering booths

I've never had an issue with this location. The staff are so friendly.
