Steamy Carpet

I hired this company to clean the filthy carpets in a condo and they did an excellent job. The carpets were originally cream coloured and this company made them look almost like new. The company was late coming to the condo because the customer ahead of me miscalculated the square footage of his house. This was not the fault of the company. I highly recommend this company.

This is the worst service!
After booking my appointment on your website I received a text and email to confirm my appointment for today May 27th at 10am and I waited for one hour and I called the phone number above and the one on the website with no answer and left voicemail. I will not recommend this company.

Problem solved I had a very good cleaning service!
The technician is very knowledgeable about what it needs to be done, I had a gum on my carpet and it was 95% removed.
I do recommend this company for the good service they offer.

No experience with the carpet cleaning, but your van driver made an illegal left hand turn at the Montreal Rd. Queensway off-ramp today – The light was solidly red, and they weren't even in the turning lane. They were fortunate there was no oncoming traffic.

Every time I see a business vehicle engaged in dangerous driving, I wonder about the negative advertising the driver is causing...

I didn't see the phone number on your truck because I was waiting at the red light that your driver drove through and sped away from. Saying I must be one of your competitors is pretty pathetic. How about instilling safe driving practices in your drivers?
