Clinique médicale Lacroix - Gatineau

Dr St-Cyr was a life saver for me, it took 2 years for me to finally find someone who understood what I have been going through and she was able to tell me what my ultrasound results indicated and what treatment options were available to me while I await surgery. She did more for me in 30 minutes than the last 6 doctors I've been to see. My only regret is not finding this clinic earlier. The nurse who drew my blood was also phenomenal. Can't say enough good things about my experience. My husband and I will be back for any medical needs. The public system has failed in Canada completely.

It was so refreshing to be able to have my appointment exactly for when it was scheduled. There were no delays in seeing my doctor. Everyone was efficient, professional and friendly. I don't speak French and everyone I encountered were fluent in both languages and all documentation I received at the clinic was in English for me. I am grateful to find a doctor even though through a private clinic.

The staff is very courteous, the doctor is always on time, takes her time to listen, asks a lot of questions and answers all my questions. Also takes her time to explain things so I have a better understanding of what is going on. Great service.

I received absolutely outstanding service and care at Clinique Lacroix in Hull. Dr. Sicard went above and beyond in helping me get to the bottom of my health issues, and it's not an exaggeration to say that she saved my life by detecting a major blockage in my carotid artery, and was able to get me in quickly to see specialists at the hospital. My family and I will forever be grateful for her thoroughness and expertise. If you're on the fence about going to this clinic, please don't be. You will be in excellent hands.

I hesitate to write a review as I want to keep these doctors for myself, but that would be selfish of me, Dr. Sicard and Dr. Clermont have provided me with exceptional services. I cannot recommend more. The government should look at private clinic like Clinique Médical Lacroix and learn from it or better, give us back our tax money so we can choose our doctors ourselves!

I had to go to a private medical clinic because I do not have a family Dr. and so cannot get an appointment within 100km in Quebec... Believe me I've been trying. I booked an appointment on Friday, was seen on Wednesday of the next week, with no delays, no nonsense, it was great. The receptionist was polite, friendly and perfectly bilingual. The Dr. herself was professional and friendly and the appointment was a perfect mix of seriousness and friendly conversation. I should remind people that this is a private clinic and therefore it's not cheap, but I would absolutely recommend it anyone who needs to be seen, without waiting 10 hours in a chair.

Went here for a COVID test to travel for work - it was great. Although it was busy, they were fast and efficient and super polite. I received my results in about 26 hours, and they guarantee 24-48 hours. They submit the results in French, but can have it translated upon request and that took only an extra 20 min - highly recommend - it was a great experience!

We got a covid test here when they first changed the rules for covid testing for international travelers. It went very well, very fast and the nurses were so kind! Got my result back in about 30 hours which was perfect! Thank you again for the great service! :)

Down to the point and considers everything. The most efficient appointment I have ever had. I wish Government regulation would allow me to assign Dr. Nicola as my family practitioner. Best Money i have spent on myself.

Hi! I've been a patient for many years and the service is very professional and fast. I'm so happy I found them, with my work schedule it is very hard to go wait for multiple hours at a CLSC or even hospital. In my case, paying for their services is much more efficient than loosing a half day of work. Thank you !

I needed to get my Covid test results for flying internationally and I got them back in 24 hours which was perfect. Also, special mention to Suzanne who made sure that I got the English version of the report on time so I could use it for my destination country. Thank you to the Clinic for helping me in this!

I've been going to the Lacroix clinic in Hull for several years now and they never disappoint. Most recently, I saw Dr Nikola regarding some strange symptoms which he quickly diagnosed with great accuracy, putting me on the road to recovery. Dr. Nikola is extremely professional, efficient and courteous. In my experience, the doctors and nurses at Lacroix are the best out there.

Service from the moment I started going in August to present day has always been over the top and results have been rapid. Building itself needs a facelift and maybe a little more positive art work in the docs offices.

Had an excellent experience with Dr Landry, nurses and adm staff. It is easy to get an appointment and everything went smootly. Dr Landry is very knowledgeable, professional, kind as well as spirited and highly articulate. I am glad I signed up for this clinic and I am looking forward to my next visit.
