I gave a very negative review regarding the quality of the food, the level of customer service at this location about one year ago.

It was warranted. It was terrible.

For the past 2 months I’ve been coming back here late at night, everything has changed. They tell you to wait a few mins for your order but that’s because they are cooking it fresher for you.

Even though it seems they are still understaffed at times, the STAFF is putting in the effort to make each and every order the way it should be. Fresh, hot and with a smile.

Dear owner and managers, I know margins are very low right now but please try to do your best to have enough staff on to help them do their jobs better and also happier.

Keep up the good work and thanks for doing a great job serving your local community!

Outdoor seating is super nice on a sunny day. The self ordering kiosks were all off when I visited.

One of the best McDonalds, there is a play area for kids, drive through 24/7

Some of the nicest and FASTEST staff I've come across in a McDonald's - a lovely experience!

Picked up lunch via the drive thru and was pleasantly surprised how much I miss the food. Attendants were friendly and efficient. Maybe the 10 cent bag is a good idea to hold the fries from flying around in the car.

The cashier didnt want to change my drink, ask with no ice and he gave me one full of ice. He told me that I didnt request "no ice" and he couldnt give me another one, told him to throw the ice and fill it with come the same cup. Finally another girl from the staff did it.

Great service at this location. Online order took fast and quality was all right, but not the best look. Nice clean store. Parking available on site.

Usually I feel most of the Mcdonald’s restaurant seems like a burger factory more than a restaurant to me but this location is awesome. I would say just bcz of wonderful staff members, here staff is so polite & awesome service makes it different, clean restaurant along with enough parking.

The food was divine. Kudos to the chefs. Only one thing, though, that’s I found weird about this restaurant. There was a man lurking in the corner of the the restaurant— I took a seat across from him, introduced myself, and he told me folks called him the Bush Man. He seemed to be a rather kind man, though a bit mysterious. We seemed to have ordered the same thing— a McDouble meal, large fries, and large Diet Coke. He told me, “Don’t trust that maidens will find you, you must find them yourself.” I was reading through other reviews and noticed other stuff had a similar experience. Weird. Uncanny.

I met a man here who called himself The Bush Man. We both ordered the same item: Double Cheeseburger with Large Fries. Upon us sitting down, he leaned forward and told me something of which I had never forgotten: "Don't Trust that Maidens will find you. You must look for them yourself." Upon him completing his sentence, he was gone. Meal and All. But his wisdom in which he bestowed me... it was nearly better than the meal I had. 10/10, I am enlightened.

The taller Caucasian manager with dyed blonde hair is delightful and enthusiastic, as is the caucasian woman with brown hair at the cashier station on 1st shift.

They all do their best with the high demand: It's the only drive-thru in 'downtown Ladner'. It's always busy in the early morning and on weekends.

The ambiance is typical McD's, & the interior had a major renovation recently. Senior's enjoying their discount coffee & Trades workers picking up a fast lunch.

Usually given the wrong items lol so check your bag in drive thru before you drive away
But they fix mistakes hassle free which is nice

There were some entitled people that came in just after me; the staff handled them courteously and with great patience. Big props to the team here!

An excellent place to walk around beautiful pathways and see nature at its finest.

Love the revamp of the place. I mean it's still a McDonalds but now it looks way better.

The mobile app didn't allow a certain payment option and fortunately the employee thought to ask the manager. Quick to respond, the manager "Trent" arrived and I was able to get my friend Harold a lot more for the price when he needed it most. Thanks McDonalds for helping my friend who has disabilities. You made the evening special and your genuine care for others is admired greatly. Thank you.

Went in around 7:30 on a Friday. Quiet and quick service. I used my free coffee card to get a ice cream cone, the cashier was so nice about it. The service was super fast, after I payed I got my food right away. Super happy with my service

Our son had an amazing birthday party here! Staff was great at helpful!
