Ocean Palace Chinese Seafood Restaurant

Absolutely a delicious dinner my boyfriend and I ordered. Ordered on Saturday night and food was delivered in 30 minutes and everything was hot. You can tell everything was made fresh. The amount of low star reviews is insane. Ocean palace has always been my go to Chinese food take out for 10 years now.

The number of Zero reviews for this restaurant is artificially deflating this excellent restaurant. They are service related comments - but eastern standards of service are different from the "what i want, when i want it, how i want it " mantra of the west (i say this as a westerner who has traveled the east extensively). This restaurant serves up excellent food at a good price- and the demand is high - so yeah, during peak periods you're gonna have to wait. Don't like waiting? Well, Safeway sells Chinese food too.

If you're expecting an "I'm a VIP, you need my business, I'm not going to pay you extra for your premium food" experience then don't go here.

Really good sliced beef with deluxe vegetables, the asparagus was thin cooked perfectly. The breaded almond chicken was very good I received 3 full breasts worth and it tasted excellent. Hard to get through to the place but it's so good its understandable.

Ordered tonight.. not our first time, but the food was delicious and they deserve a good review.

Only complaint is you are too popular and we had to (happily) wait a little over an hour and a half for our food. Worth the wait.

The only place for excellent Asian food in the Ladner area. We always order out just for convenience, but its also a great place for dining in, very bright and spacious interior. We have never been disappointed with the food from here. We have been ordering from them for years. They keep getting voted the best Asian restaurant by the Optimist Readers Choice awards..

This place is top of the list for me. I drive from Richmond to enjoy the quality and quantity that Ocean Palace serves. Large portions with excellent quality. Hard to imagine I have to drive from Richmond to get good, quality Westernized chinese food. Many years ago we had Brighouse Cafe and Danny's Wun Tun "used to be" good value but nobody comes close to Ocean Palace.
Where else can you get dinner for 4 with plenty of leftovers for $70.00 ?

I order from. here often it's hot & was good until last night ! I ordered chiwmien noodles & got veggies on a crunchy hard bed of uncooked noodles when I got home I called & asked why and got such a hassrl they did swap it out for what I paid for. I'm not sure why but a hour later I was viliontly sick & threw up all of it. super stressful as they were yelling & being very innaprioate. I was there few weeks back herd her on phone also Yelling at someone over same raw noodles :/

Hands down the best Chinese food we have ever ate! Their commitment to freshness and quality of ingredients always makes for a special dining experience.
Be sure to order the jumbo prawns!

All the staff are really friendly and patient. Especially that Jacky guy. I love the mango and cappuccino ice cream. The fried rice is amazing and so are egg rolls!!

Love ocean palace! They make me my custom chowmein with double chicken and double shrimp usually on Sundays and they wait after hours to let me pick it up as i come from my own shop to pick up the food.

Best Chinese food in South Delta. Authentic and great quality food. Give them a try and I doubt you would regret it. Beef and Ginger hot pot is killer. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Best Stuff In South Delta I visit my extended family there all the time and this is their favorite place to get from. been there a handful of times and ordered in often with the family and always more than happy!!

This is absolutely the best Chinese food I have ever eaten in the lower mainland. Go try it and you will agree with me👍👍👍

The honey garlic spirits are really good even the chicken vegetable dishes are very good and the chicken fried rice is really tasty
