There are not many Cafes like this on the University Avenue. They have a good coffee, lots of breakfast options what you can choose from. Their bagels are awesome

In overall, Good location, interior needs an update as there are some torn seat cushions and such.

Dining inside is limited to 45 minutes only.

Oh what a lovely bustling place and it’s always full. Good food and ambience made the place for me to visit often with friends.
I really enjoy the bell pepper soup with mocha coffee, yummm. Budget friendly.

Williams Cafe is my go-to spot whenever I am craving a Good Coffee and a Snack. Their bagels are so soft and warm. They have great food options on their menu including sandwiches; wraps; baked goods etc. The staff is very friendly and caring.

This particular location is in a huge plaza so there is lots of parking. They have great seating area indoors as well as outdoors.

Very good atmosphere; perfect place to hang out with friends or do some work. Here, they serve coffee, desserts, soup/sandwiches, and more. It can get pretty full during peak hours, but you'll usually find lots of seats in the morning/night.

I've tried many things here in the last 4-5 years of attending the University. My top recommendations are the milk shakes or any of the pastries. I was actually shocked with how good the milk shakes are. I was expecting some sweet syrup nonsense like what you get at McDonald's or Harvey's, but no, it tastes like real ice cream with no rubbish sweeteners. I even prefer William's shakes over Marble Slab's. For desserts, my go-to is Nanaimo squares or Dutch squares, I would recommend that.

I am not too into the savoury dishes here to be honest, but if I had to recommend one thing, it would be the avocado and egg bagel. It's on the cheaper side (~$6) and pretty decent.

Also not a massive fan of the coffee, but that's probably just me because I see tons of people drinking it on campus, so give that a try as well.

The egg, avocado, bacon and spinach bagel was really light but flavourful, and for a decent price. Nice laid back environment but can get loud sometimes. Servers were generally nice.

Great vibe. They have a good long menu of food items. There’s coffee, tea and desserts too. Overall a great place to dine in. The interior is really nice. I have been here twice so far. I recommend the latte.

had my first ever Aphrodite date here. yessir, my only Aphrodite match to not ghost me. unfortunately, i fumbled the bag when she found out i lied on my questionnaire. at least the prices here at Williams were very affordable, so it didnt hurt the wallet too much.

Cafe Mocha was very nice. Garlic breads were soft and fresh. Black ice coffee was decent. The ambience and environment was beautiful.

This is a very delightful café in the heart of Waterloo, and I must say, it is a spot to definitely chill and do work. The natural lighting paired with the cozy and charming interior, with comfortable seating arrangements makes the experience lively. I had their signature coffee and it tastes great and definitely woke me up. I went for their everything bagel with a plethora of ingredients, and it was tastefully tasty. Would come back here again.

Fantastic breakfast options! Food was warm and service was quick. Payment by WatCard FLEX Dollars are also accepted.

Tried tomato soup and banana crunch waffle. Too much butter in the soup but waffle was delicious

There is a somewhat older male employee here who almost always gives a happy and cheery "hello!" to everyone who walks in (even to those with their heads down) - it always makes me smile!

A couple of days ago I had Lunch there and it was great. I ordered Roasted red Peppers and tomado soup along with House salad and coffee. Everything was super!

Nice and cozy place for hanging out with friends. Excellent food and service. Highly recommend for anyone who seeks for top notch cafeteria.

Love their red-pepper tomato soup. It’s the best! Also great atmosphere here, it’s the ideal hangout/study spot.

Despite how busy this location always is, the service is usually quick and the staff members are friendly and patient. I have yet to have a miss here with food or drink.

I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years, it’s been my boyfriend’s favourite coffee place for 15 years and I totally agree. We love Matt, always friendly and awesome. The environment is very relaxing, coffee is constantly perfect and they have good food options.
