Stopped by for an impulse nose piercing (no regrets) and saw Kay. Once everything was ready, it was a quick process. I'm the type of person to let the professionals do their job rather than trying to micromanage them and she did not disappoint. Two weeks later it's healing great and I love the placement. The shop also uses top notch cleaning solutions for aftercare.

Worth noting: bring cash to avoid the 3% credit card processing fee. Or don't. Up to you.

The bottom line: If you're looking to get pierced, go see Kay!

I have gone to see Kayla for the last 5 piercings I’ve gotten and I will NOT go anywhere else. Her vibe is very uplifting and she absolutely has the grit and talent that makes her so successful at what she does. She answers all of your questions and goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and aware of every step of the process. I haven’t had a single bad experience healing any of my piercings. Above all, she’s very personable. It had been more than a year since my last new addition and as soon as she saw me, she immediately asked how my previous piercing had healed and how it was treating me now. Not just Kayla, everyone at the shop is extremely friendly. I’ve only gotten one tattoo here from years ago, but all of the artists’ work here is amazing. If you’re looking for a shop that has someone for anything you could imagine, this is the place.

I had such a great experience getting my piercings with Kayla! She was so nice and professional. I love my new additions! Everything was super clean and sterile. I’m big on doing research before getting anything done and I’m so happy with my choice. Highly recommend!

Wonderful shop with a great atmosphere. The shop does not feel intimidating at all and is very clean. I went in for a Medusa piercing and Kayla did a fantastic job! She was just the sweetest person and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I highly recommended Kayla and this shop. 10/10, would get pierced again!

Getting pierced by Kayla is truly such an incredible experience. She is laid back, cool, calm and collected, extremely professional but will also joke with you and make you feel beyond comfortable. I would not recommend anyone else to get a piercing from. Kayla is THE BEST at what she does, takes her job seriously, truly puts her heart into it and everything always turns out perfect. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Went and got my rook pierced by Kayla she is amazing, there were four people in front of me and my friend and she was able to get us in and out within 45 minutes (total wait time + getting both of our ears pierced) super friendly and made us both feel very comfortable, great atmosphere overall 10/10

Kayla did a great job with my lobe piercings! She was very gentle and has a calming presence that can put anyone at ease. The shop is also one of the cleanest tattoo shops I’ve ever been in. Highly recommend!!

Lynsey has been an absolute dream to work with! From our 5 minute chat in the lobby to the design session and proceeding cover up sessions. When I come in for my appointments, she’s got her vision all ready to display out, making me feel like she’s spent lots of her own time really studying my inspiration and tweaking it to make it unique. She goes the extra mile when not in her chair, making sure the healing is going as planned and making arrangements when the wrap needs changing. Her work is skilled, vibrant and unique. I’m thrilled to have met her by chance while bringing my son in for his birthday tattoo!

Kayla is by far the best Piercer I've ever been to, she's hands down the best anywhere around, she is very professional, clean and courteous. I would without a doubt recommend her to anybody if you're looking for any piercings. Shop is very clean and staff is very customer oriented.

I just took my son in for piercing. Having said that, I've been in a lot of shops over the years. This shop is on point, very clean, super business in the front and relaxing in the back. I like that the lobby is totally separate from stations. I think I even saw a private room , which I think is very necessary in a shop. All in all classy establishment with friendly and patient staff. I don't have much room left and I haven't been tattooed in Michigan yet but when I do I think I will go here!!!

Took my daughter and I to get couple ear piercings today and Kayla was absolutely AMAZING! She explained everything to my daughter and while doing 4 piercings on her, she continually checked in with her to make she was ok! Not only that she is gentle and good at what she does! I felt no pain for my piercing. Shop is very nice and clean! Will be back soon for more piercings!

Bull and the whole team here at Liquid Chaos are absolutely fantastic. They all genuinely care about their work and will do everything they can to make sure you're comfortable and well taken care of. 10 out of 10, would recommend for anybody who wants to get their first tattoo, or looking to add more.

Had my nose pierced by Kayla today. The staff was very professional from the time of my call asking questions about their services, to check in, to Kayla doing me piercing and answering my questions. Pricing was very fair and the building was clean and well decorated.
