I had an exceptionally good experience when I visited last week!

I took my vehicle in for an estimate on repairing minor (but large area) damages to the passenger side rear door, rear quarter panel, and rear bumper.

Nicole greeted me outside with an upbeat attitude, was sympathetic to my situation, assessed the damage, and came up with a game plan that worked GREAT for my timeline and budget.

I hope the quality of work from the folks behind the garage door is as amazing as Nicole's customer service.

This team does Great work. My most recent experience was the third time they've done work for me. I needed my vehicle back sooner than the recommended time the repair should have taken. I explained my need to the shop manager. She understood, and her team came through like champs!!! Awesome job!!

The collision shop is my go to for all my vehicle body repairs. They are friendly and reasonable. And a great value with excellent workmanship. Today i ran over a paint can that some idiot left in a gas station parking lot. Red paint all over the side of my truck. The Collision Shop removed it all and the truck looks as good as new. And did it as a courtesy!

I had the best experience from start to finish. Steve was friendly and honest. My repair was complete in 2 days and I can’t tell where the dent was. The price was more than fair . I hit a deer and didn’t realize how bad my car was, I picked the first place that could get my car in ASAP, best decision, Steve is great and very kind, found out a leaking of antifreeze and proceed to repair my car fast, can’t complain not even a bit, he took care of my car and give it back in a very reasonable time, my car looks like brand new and he helped me with my deductible so I didn’t have to pay a bunch of money, highly suggest his place, glad to work with him, thank u Steve

I came in with a bunch of scuff marks on my truck from a hit and run. They were able to help me out by cleaning up the area and removed 90% of the damage for free. The guys were really helpful and talked through everything with me. I highly recommend going to these guys!

I recently moved to the neighborhood and unfortunately I had a younger driver side swipe my car and caused a lot of damage. I called my insurance company and they gave me a list of preferred repair shops. I called at least five that they had provided me and they all had a long wait list to even get an estimate and stated it could be at least two months for parts and repair. I took a lucky gamble and did a Google search and called the Collision Shop and spoke with Butch. I was a little worried being a single mom that I might get the run around, but I couldn't have been more wrong! I am so glad that I called, Butch provided an estimate within a day of me calling, dealt with the innsurance company and adjuster. He communicated with me very professionally and he never made me feel like a nuisance when I was calling, which was a lot :) I was so happy with the work they did, the communication and the overall experience with the Collision Shop. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing car repair! I recently had sent my son there to have his F-150 repaired and again very happy with their work!! Found a new, trustworthy mechanic!!

Had some body work done on my kia soul. Great price and ready when promised. They did a great job on my car and have great customer service. Picked up my car and the inside was vacuumed and cleaned! What a nice surprise. Definitely recommend

Needed a mirror assembly replaced and cap painted. They got me right in and did a great job. The new owners are easy to work with and gave me a good price. Will use them in the future if I need repairs.

I brought my 2019 dodge challenger there for right side fender damage. They were very friendly, quick, and did awesome work. I've been there twice now and will forever be a loyal customer. These guys know how to get the job done!

The shop was great to work with. I had damage to my older car that was no longer covered by insurance. I wanted it fixed, but didn't need it perfect. They were able to find used doors to replace the dented ones. I was given the option for new doors, but the used ones saved me over $1000. Exactly what I wanted (and they finished the job a day early).

I recently had an major accident in my truck, decided to try these guys out because I heard them through word of mouth and man let me tell you how friendly and kind everyone here is, Steve really helped me out on my deductible, waived the whole 1000$ for me. He didn’t give me some crazy turn around time and had my truck looking back to normal and all ready to go, thanks again guys!

I choose this place over the dealerships at first just because of the time frame the car would be finished. Our dealer told us it would sit two weeks before they could even look at it. The Collision Shop had our Equinox finished in two weeks! The owner Steve was very professional and answered my calls every time I called even after hours. Great service, got our car back in a timely manner, he even helped us with our deductible! I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

Fixed my 2005 Chrysler 300 and i truly love this car. I am extremely picky when it comes to picking a repair shop to try and keep it in good condition.i pulled up on the collision shop just to get a estimate and it was the best decision i made. They fixed my car for 2000$ when the cheapest estimate i got prior was 2900$ and the car looks beautiful. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and would recommend everyone to come here.

Very professional staff here at the collision shop I needed my Jeep Wrangler fixed up after a bad accident. He waved my deductible and he fixed my car up quick (around 3 days) I would highly recommend stopping in and getting a quote. Make sure you ask for Steve!! This place is by far the best shop I have ever taken my vehicle too. They took great care of me and on top of that did an amazing job on my car (Corvette ZR1). It was like getting your car back new from the dealer. The place showed a lot of respect on top that, very customer friendly! TRUST ME THIS IS THE SPOT! They get things done professionally in a timely manner.

I have now taken three different vehicles to The Collision Shop in Brownstown and with each experience I have been very pleased. A few weeks ago I had an accident which required an insurance claim. As soon as I got to the shop, Lawrence, the manager, made a call to Citizens, who promptly set up the appraiser to see the car the following day. He also set me up with a rental within half an hour. Work began immediately. I also benefited greatly from the discounted deductible! I got back the car a few days ago and am extremely pleased with the work that was done. I even hired the shop to repair a large rust spot on the other side of the van which I payed for independently from the accident. The charge was minimal and it looks like new. I now drive a nine year old vehicle that I thought was on its last legs, but now I plan to keep it for several more years. Lawrence kept me informed on the progress and was courteous, as well as his staff...in particular Chris. Thanks, Collision Shop, for a job well done!
