Uptown Body Repair

I unfortunately backed into a parked car and was devastated, and embarrassed too. The owner of the car I hit immediately went to Uptown for a quote and made the decision to have them fix it. I had no experience working with Uptown, however, I was really happy with the price. Upon picking up the car, we were amazed at the incredible job that they did! They didn't just charge me double and order new parts, they literally fixed the damage, it is pure talent, thanks so much Uptown!!!!!!

Hopefully I don't have to frequent here too often. They do a great job though. Friendly service. Knowledgable staff. And deal directly with select insurance companies.
10/10 recommend going here for body work.

We've used Uptown Body a few times for body repair. Once was for a fairly minor accident but the second was when a deer hit my car. Yes. THE DEER hit my car. It happens, Judge Judy. Very little damage to the front but a lot to the side. They did the repair professionally and fairly quickly (which was nice considering how long it took the insurance company to decide that they would fix it). They also identified for us damage that had done to the back after it had gone to the tow lot and thankfully the original tow company that had picked up the car had taken pictures so we could get it all handled at the same time. Only complaint is that it was later discovered that the sunroof didn't work which they told us was absolutely a result of the accident but not something they repair. No worries, we got it fixed and all is good.

These guys are no-BS technician. They give you the facts and offer what needs to be done vs what could be done. Always offer high end parts and cheaper alternative. Fast too

Had my truck brought in for repairs with poor workmanship and not completed when they where paid in full . Picked it up before holidays and was told stripes will be scheduled in 2 weeks . Well now 3 weeks in I get a call from my insurance company to see if the work was to my satisfaction. I said they had left my truck interior dirty and I took pics of the dust , foot prints and hand prints and still waiting for the stripes to be installed. Insurance company said they are waiting for a call from ground effects. Now I call body shop to see what’s happening. They say the stripes are up to me now when they where paid in full for the said work and that they vacuum the interior when they didn’t . Not a place I would recommend to anyone. Poor customer service and poor workmanship
