Liked the new look , few machines are still down but it’s workable.

Handsome attendant gave change readily

Attached to a Shell gas station, this is a pretty worn out place, with no attendant or laundry baskets. One video camera. On the plus side, it's open 6 AM to 11 PM, and the rates are reasonable ($2.75 for a washer, and 25 cents for 4 minutes of drying). BEWARE of "high" heat dryer setting - you just might melt meltable items of clothing - it is THAT hot.

Very clean but half the machines are out of order

Driers always take your money yet seldom work. Employees only give you 25 cents back if it doesn't work. All this money that is being taken from customers you would think that they would do minimal repairs.

Frustrating having my hard earned money being essentially stolen.

Pretty dirty, old small machines. Less than half of them work, only a couple working dryers and some of them are broken on max heat and melted my clothes. Also my clothes came out smelling worse then I put them in.

This place is not even worth 1 star 3/4 of the machines are out of service and the dryers that are working the temperature even when set to high is at best warm and takes for ever to dry the clothes !! The washing machines do not spin the clothes long enough or fast enough and are very wet when they are done and with the condition of the dryers takes forever to dry
So I would recommend that people find another facility

Out of 8 large washing machines only 1 is working. Only 5 out of approximately 20 small are working, this is TERRIBLE, SHELL Canada should get them fixed

Would leave no stars if I could. Most of the machines don’t work, and if you do use one with no out of order sign it still might not work. Dryers blowing cold air and washing machines staying locked. But it has so much potential I hope it gets fixed!

This laundromat and its machines are in an appalling state. The room smells of urine, the machines are Eisenhower era, and two thirds of them are broken.

This is urban dystopia at its most dismal. I feel sorry for the people at the campground across the way. I have no idea where they wash their clothes.

What's really sad is, given its location, if this business invested in a renovation with a new facility, they could do extremely well. With all the campgrounds, apartments with no laundry, and First Nations reserves in the area, this place could be really busy.

But it looks like they can't be bothered. Very sad. And the poor staff having to apologize for the state of the facility is just unfair. It's not their fault management doesn't care.

And this is the only public laundry on the peninsula. How can you NOT make money here?!?!

...15 out 24 machines out if order. The rest are on their last legs.

Out of 18 machines only five actually work. Be nice to see this laundromat updated and in good working order. It’s in the perfect location!
