Tim Hortons

A few months ago, I provided feedback addressing issues with customer service and order processing at the store. Today, I want to express my appreciation for the positive changes I've noticed.

The overall experience has significantly improved; now, they ask whether you prefer something hot or cold, a shift from assuming preferences, which was not always accurate in the past. Additionally, the introduction of receipts and calling customers by number has streamlined the process. Thank you so much for making these improvements and enhancing the overall customer experience.

One of the best service I received out of many Tim Horton branches I have visited.
Staff was really friendly and attentive to my order and special thing was they heated the baking product in microwave. This was first time any staff did it for me otherwise everytime I used to eat it cold which was really annoying.
They served me pretty fast and was able to eat it in peace as there was very less crowd in sitting area.

The food is awesome and the workers are very friendly. I will give 10 out of 10 to this place

I’m at this Duke of York location early Saturday morning to get my breakfast bagel and a dark roast coffee.

Staff are friendly and my order was quickly prepared once I submitted it via the Tim Hortons mobile app.

I’m using the app all the time now so that I can collect rewards on my purchase.

Rather unique outlet of Tim Hortons! It's self service here, and being my first time, it took me a while to make a coffee. But totally worth it. Also, this outlet is located inside a campus building, so don't mind entering inside as there is no Tim Hortons board outside.

Its the coffee shop to go to in canada.
The donuts are halal (unless they have cream inside)
