Starbucks Square One South

The service at this location is amazing.
And it all starts with the manager Mary.
She is such a warm hearted, kind and genuine person.
When customers are waiting for their order she keeps them up to date as to where their order is in the process of being made.

She takes the time to speak to the customers and get to know them.

Her staff are just as friendly, kind, professional and efficient.

I have had some bad experiences with Starbucks in the area but this location is great.
It’s honestly surprising how they can maintain that level of customer service and care with that much foot traffic.

I mobile ordered a drink yesterday afternoon and it was ready within a minute of me walking in, super quick! Didn’t get the name of the Barista but she was very friendly and we had a quick chat while she finished my drink. It’s rare to meet such a positive/friendly barista that brightens up your day!

This Starbucks in Square One Mall is like a well-oiled machine! Even when it's packed, the baristas are buzzing around, getting drinks out as fast as they can. During rush hours, you might wait a smidge longer, but it's totally worth it. The drinks taste fantastic, and the vibe is always friendly. Kudos to the awesome team for keeping the caffeine flowing with a smile!

The guy there named Ail was incredibly nice to me!! He even wrote, "Hope you have a good day, Joval!" on the bag that had my cheddar and chive bakes. :)

You might experience high wait times but the crew is friendly and polite

Kaira was so friendly and generous. I didn’t end up liking my drink so she made me a new one right away. Great customer service!

Great place, great staff that keeps up with this being a busy place. The wait time can be over 20 min on weekends, use your app to order and save time

I tried mocha(ice) coz it was my first time at starbucks 😅 it tasted really bad like just a black coffee . 👎 then i got FV from tims to neutralize my taste buds..

Crew is friendly, and polite. However, peak hours might be tough as there are longer wait times.

This stand alone location is near the Hudson Bay Company. In the Starbucks app it's called: Square One South. (The old location in the mall centre food court is closed.) Service here is fast and accurate. They have seating at this location (whereas the one in the Indigo does not).

This is a great location. All staff were friendly and were cranking out orders in a timely manner.
