Busy place at lunch time, great indication of how good the place is. Had the grilled cheese (high plains drifter topping) which is an all inclusive open faced sandwich with a side order of salad. EXCELLENT.
Very tasty and satisfying.

Though we did not have the soup this time, we were told their soup of the day is always excellent.

I live in New Brunswick now, but I still crave that Turkey Pesto sandwich from afar. I love stopping here every time I visit Antigonish. The food is remarkable. ALL of their bread is made in house, as well as the baked goods. The atmosphere is cozy, warm and inviting.

The coffee is from JustUs and North Mountain, which are both Nova Scotian. The chicken for the Loch Abar Chicken sandwich comes from a local farm. I love coming here knowing I'm supporting local businesses and that my money stays in the community.

Turkey pesto sando will knock your boots off! Came back a second day to have the grilled cheese which was also awesome.

Pleasantly surprised. We were passing through on a trip and found this little gem because we kept seeing people go inside and thought it must be not bad. They were more than that. The ingredients were fresh, the bread - homemade - was really good. We had their homemade burger sandwich as well as a make your own sandwich. Both were truly delicious and as good as any we've ever had anywhere if not better. The ambience was cafe-like, comfortable, artistic, and the crowd was pleasant with all ages patronizing. Definitely worth your dropping in for lunch breakfast or just a quick bite. Although we didn't use the electrical outlets, they had them at every table and we saw someone decked out on their laptop looking very comfortable working there in their free wifi. All in all we had a fantastic experience.

The turkey pesto sandwich here is a revelation. I don’t know how they make it taste so good every time. I also love the coffee, cookies, pastries and smoothies, they are all so great.

I come here every time I am back in town and wish I lived closer to be able to visit more often.

We didn’t have to wait at all for our pick up. We called and it was a smooth process. The sandwiches were definitely worth the price. The latte was a great add on. Would love to go here if I’m back in town.

Love, love, love visits to Antigonish when can stop in and have a meal here. My go-to fav is the Greek veggie sandwich - it is hands down one of the best cold sandwiches you'll find anywhere. My friend always goes for her fav when she's visiting - the walnut veggie burger. Beautiful coffees, teas, sweets, and more in a relaxed, welcoming, and cozy atmosphere in downtown Antigonish.

Ordered a cup of latte when driving by the area, and it’s surprisingly good. They used a similar blend that reminds me the JJ Beans’ original blend in Vancouver.

This is hands down the best cafe in Antigonish-- at least from the ones that I've tried. The coffee and tea as well as the latte price or other drinks is fair and their desserts are incredible.

You must try the German apple cake! It is cream cheese icing and it really caught me by surprise. I just decided to give it a try but it exceeded my expectations by like 200%.

Easily one of my favorite lunch and coffee spots in Antigonish. Desserts are to die for and the coffee is always fresh and delicious. It feels like a little slice of the city nuzzled right in this small rural town.

Wonderful find in Antigonish. We had the veggie chili which was hardy and full of fresh local veg. The hot chocolate was creamy and full flavoured. Staff were super friendly

A great neighborhood café. The homemade bagels are light and crispy. My kids love them with peanut butter.

Great Cafe. Very busy. Stopped with family for coffee and snacks. (Highly recommend the cinnamon buns.) Friendly staff. Love the art work too.

Their lentil walnut burger is the best veggie burger I've ever had!

I cannot recommend this place enough. I used to stop here whenever I was in the area and get the Turkey pesto sandwich, which has become my favourite sandwich of all time. I visited again this week and ordered it again after a few years. I was thinking I had hyped it too much in my head from my last visit. Turns out I was wrong. It still is the best. Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere.

Delicious!! We stop here for breakfast and it was worth it.

Found this gem in university 2005. Obsessed with their Greek veggie sandwich so much so that I stop and grab one each time I pass through on my way home to CB for vacation from Ontario. I enjoy all of their different creations but the Greek veg is my fave!

I have a service dog and this establishment is not a “dog friendly” establishment but they were accommodating for my needs and very kind and helpful. Always recommended to call about a service animal ahead of time as most of you service dog owners know if you don’t have a “visible” condition. Food is good and a fair amount of vegan/vegetarian options. Very nice café!
