Great location, friendly staff, great food and drinks. Mostly fast drive thru even when peak times. Local go to.

This is one of the better Tim's in the Ottawa area. The staff are normally fast, friendly, and get the order right.
The absolute fastest way to get your order is to order with the app and pick up your order in the store. We've done that a few times recently and normally it's ready and waiting. We just walk in, grab our order, and away we Go!

Great location, in season May-Oct more busy but because it has Wendy's Restaurant next to it, makes for extra traffic. Food is normally awesome. Staff are friendly and courteous, helpful. Clean space and "usually" seems well organized. In Summer more students there who do great job, but a learning curve which takes a little time. I won't hesitate to go back! I always do!

Always friendly staff ! Have not ordered a stale coffee yet ! Although a new resident who just purchased our home in Arnprior they have always treated me like I was there neighbour! Thank you to drive thru for always getting our order right !

Excellent menus . Tim Hortons nice sandwiches and Wendy's nice salads plus the rest . All good.

This is the best Tim Hortons I have been to! We had a casual chat with the nicest lady in line while our order was done really quick. Overall very pleasant place.

We came in at 530am and Laurie was just a ray of sunshine and made the start of our trip just delightful! She was an absolute pleasure to meet and went above and beyond with her service!

We didnt stop to eat since we were eating on the road tho much appreciated free WiFi .oh we did get a large cup of coffee at 5 am without having to order first. Just went to pickup window. We tipped her two dollars Canadian.

Great coffee and always fresh timbits. Stop here often on my way home from Ottawa. Who doesn't love timmies!

The asian lady in training was a super worker, super friendly and outshined all else, unfortunately she was surrounded by not so fast and enthusiastic team.

The people at the drive through were having too much fun which made the experience great! They deserve a raise!

This Tim Hortons location is a great place to sit down and have a coffee with friends and family. Sharing the building with Wendy's, it sports a very large dining area. It is kept clean and feels inviting every time. There are longer, more comfortable places for groups to sit in the middle of the building, and there are many tables and booths.

Tim Hortons also provides free WI-FI, great for checking your emails, watching a video, or checking the news.

I only have two complaints about the WiFi, and it isn't really the store's fault.

One: The way that the sign in works, as it redirects you to the sign in page when you try to go to another web page, as opposed to having users go somewhere specific, like a page on the company website. This is an issue with many devices, especially phones, as this kind of redirection is seen by most devices as a security certificate problem, and will not let you go to the page without disabling security features (iPhone) or display a page that gives you a hidden option to proceed anyway (most Android phones) that many users dismiss as "the internet is broken" and give up. (The staff are usually not trained or taught about this)

Two: There isn't anything posted in the stores about how to connect. In fact, what little there is states that it may not work with all devices. It WILL work with most devices, if it were properly implemented. It would also help if there was some form of documentation posted about the issues, as they are easy to resolve/workaround

Enough about WiFi. Back to the store!

The staff are almost always very, very friendly and make sure that customers leave happy. They quickly fix any other mistakes brought to their attention.

The food is very good, with pricing on par with other restaurants in the area. Food preparation usually takes between 2 and 4 minutes, depending on the size of the order, and how busy it is. Most meals cost between $6 and $10, making Tim Hortons not only a fast, but affordable place to eat.

The drinks, especially coffee, which Tim Hortons is known for, is always fresh and and made to order. (And they always take care of you if it is not!)

The Tim Hortons experience is the same regardless of whether you are having a coffee, tea, hot chocolate, iced drink, sitting down to have a meal, or trying one of the myriad of new menu options that Tim Hortons provides regularly. It's a great place to go and socialize, relax, or just grab a quick bite to eat before work.

Got my London Fog today with a Fiesta Farmer's breakfast wrap. Both were delicious ! Service was great too at the Arnprior Timmies.

I rarely have a complaint against customer service at Tim Hortons. Both of my older boys have worked there and I know how much is asked. Great service and quick.

The best, most efficient and friendliest drive-thru experience in ontario.

This is the only Tim Hortons from Ottawa to Mississauaga that still has garbage bins on the drivers side at the drive-thru.

The service was sweeter than the hot, fresh blueberry timbits we got for waiting for new ones. If I could rate it 10/10 I would but 5 stars will suffice.
