Mighty Fine Bakehouse

New to town this year and had heard only good things about this Mighty Fine Bakehouse…. I am here to say it is DAMN FINE 😆 I’ve never heard so many “this is so goods or wows “ while my partner and myself were enjoying fresh pastries and mocha by the river.

Super planty/ vintage/ hipster chic and loved every second of the atmosphere. Staff super friendly and helpful as there were so many delicious looking treats. We’ve decided this will be our Sunday morning tradition from now on!

Do yourself a HUGE favour, and head to Arnprior & sample some treats at “The Mighty Fine Bakehouse”. 🍰 🥪 🥖

Their croissants are really good. Flaky, buttery, and tender on the inside. You can tell that these guys know what they are doing.
Cinnamon rolls are REALLY good, I should have gotten more 😃
They are also so friendly. Going there is a real pleasure. Just be patient, it's a popular place so the line can be long, but it's worth the wait.
Oh, and they make ice cream sandwiches now... Those are good too!

Our favourite place anywhere. Arnprior is so lucky. Graham, Megan, Cheyenne and the other staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They take pride in their divine pastries and other desserts, creative lunches, beautiful breads and excellent coffee. We’d go every day if we could!! Thank you for all you do!

This is a place that is worth a trip to visit Arnpior. The staff are very creative and of course good at what they make. The chocolate croissant looks amazing. Maybe due to the baked chocolate crust, it’s a bit over hard rather than crispy outside. The structure inside is wonderful and makes me want to try a regular croissant next time.

My favourite place in town, I only have good things to say about Mighty Fine!! I've never had something I didn't like, everything is delicious and made with such care.

The staff are all amazing, the food is amazing, everything is amazing. Whenever I have friends or family visiting, I bring them in to try the tasty goods. Now please, take my money!!!

The MF Italian sandwich is MFing good. It is extremely flavourful (thanks to high-quality prosciutto, aged cheese, and pickled eggplant), and I've never eaten something so authentically Italian outside Italy. My compliments to the chef.

The cheese bread is also amazing, and the service was warm and welcoming. Will definitely be returning.

Small but very stylish place in the centre of Arnprior - I think a passion project which comes across in the atmosphere and quality of it. We were going to dine in as it says you can on Google but this is only available April to November on the patio I think so the rest of the time it's takeaway only.

Coffee which was the main reason I was there (especially after following my wife around a fabric shop for hours) was very needed and fortunately strong and extremely good. The coffee had an almost earth-ness to it which is my inelegant way of saying I really liked it and found the flavour intriguing in a good way. Beautiful ginger molasses cookie and a sausage roll which tasted like the real deal.

Service was friendly, prices were reasonable and the restrooms were extremely clean which is also a bonus. In a way I hope I'm not here again because it probably means I'm paying another visit to the unwitting husbands of Arnprior fabric shop club but if I do I'll gladly return.

I would give six stars if I could. This place is such a gem. The coffee is the best in town, the sourdough bread is to die for and the pastries are always delicious. Try the morning bun if you haven't!! I also like to stock up on their frozen pre-made items like the steak and potato pie, lasagna and cheesecake! You can't go wrong! The staff are lovely and friendly and ahhh I just can't say enough good things!

Make sure you check out their operating hours before going, and go early if you want the best selection because pastries sell out quick!

I cannot say how much I love this place. The baked goods are to die for. Seed bread is my wife's favourite. I love the scones. The owners and staff are awesome people. The atmosphere is chill and cool. I highly recommend to everyone to drop by this bakery. Best to get there early before they run out. PS. We also love their sandwiches, chili and soup.

The best in the Ottawa valley. If you are in Arnprior this is a must visit. Everything is great, you can't go wrong!

We stopped here for the first time as we’re camping nearby. Their croissants are fantastic but their tarts, oh man! I’m pretty sure some sort of magic is involved because I’ll be dreaming about that raspberry mango tart for some time. We live in Ottawa but think we could very easily be convinced to drop in more often. Yum!!!

These folk are the very real deal. Talented and friendly.

Variously available frozen entrees, which include GF options, can be purchased to enjoy for meals later the week. Recently bought their Real Shepherds Pie. Their seed loaf and country white were also on my list that visit.

Honestly one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I've had in my life. Everything in there is bang on. Pop in and try all the things.

Great service and yummy treats. There is a big selection to satisfy any sweet tooth. The service guy was friendly and patient. I love that they incorporate sourdough in some of the baked goods. Brownies are melt-in-your-mouth scrumptious. Muffins here actually have overflowing muffin tops, and the size of them are perfect.

Unfortunately there was no seating when I visited, but I hope to be back when there is. It's worth the drive from Ottawa (or anywhere).

My partner and I had a lunch on their patio with our dog this summer. The staff came out to pet him and were so friendly. Very happy memory!

Apparently coming after lunch is waaaay too late as they sell out quickly most days.

On this day, we were only able to grab samples of the ginger cookies and the sourdough banana bread. Both were delicious but the banana bread was mind blowing! Moist but not oily - even the outer crust.

We’ll definitely return - but hopefully just earlier in the day next time. :)

I always walk out of here with a smile on my face! The owners are lovely and the bakery treats are always top notch. Sometimes I find the lattes are a little on the hotter side but I appreciate this in the cold winter months. Arnprior is lucky to have this gem of a business.
