I loved it. I'm just starting on the Hobbie, but right away the people at the store welcomed me with what I as looking for, gave me advice and even asked me if I wanted to play a bit, sadly due to time constraints I wasn't able to stay for long.
The options and variety of the shop is just amazing, and it seems they have a regular community of players.

Yes, I’m no longer playing Warhammer, but that doesn’t stop me from having a good time here. This is a rare community, especially for those who are just starting to play. Blessings to this place.

I just wanted to take a moment to highlight a great first time experience both myself and my partner had at this store.

My partner asked if we could just take a quick look around the store as she had seen it the day prior. When we entered the store we were enthusiastically met by Owen.

After some small chit chat he asked if we would like to build and paint a miniature, something my partner has long wished to do but never felt confident enough to try.

Owen was equal parts a great teacher and comedian, our afternoon was quickly filled with a couple hours of fun and laughter, I genuinely appreciated Owen taking the time to work with us while single handedly manning the store!

The store was both clean and had a great atmosphere, we are both eager to return and spend countless hours expanding our knowledge and building our first armies!

This shop has always been a delight to visit. I have purchased books and novels for myself before. Ryan was there the other day to assist my nephew. He was not only patient but took the time to understand what he needed.

Have come into this location multiple times now and the staff has always been very friendly and willing to give advice or tips on how to play. Phoenix is extremely friendly and patient with all the incessant questions I had about playing 40K for the first time. Everything is fairly pricey but that's just Warhammer for ya.

Great store with very friendly and helpful staff! Am new to the painting hobby, and the staff were very quick with tips and tricks, and even let me paint a mini! Highly recommend!

The manager, Owen, is a rude cantankerous old man with hair that looks like Zord from The Fifth Element. He's also one of the nicest people ever when it comes to helping children learn to paint and play.

Been coming here years. Love the staff, love the atmosphere, love the models. If you like Warhammer you will like the store.

The staff was amazing, they greeted me right away and were eager to answer any questions I had. Even gave their own time and models to run me through some kill team games and show me the ropes.

Awesome staff, cool products. We went in during covid looking for a gift for my brother knowing little more than our budget. The staff there laid out 15-20 different sets, and gave us cool facts about the different factions. All in we were very happy, we also noticed every single box they brought out they wiped down with alcohol as we were leaving!

My son and I just started painting miniatures in South Korea. And then on the 2nd day in Canada we visited this shop. The owner was very kind to us.(not only because he gave us free miniatures) I saw him teaching other families with passion.

This shop is great store filled with many hard to find goodies, not to mention the staff are super friendly

Wow what an experience. I went in to buy an intro set and not only did they give me multiple demos, get me to play a brief round of each, but encouraged me to take part. This was such a great buying experience, the staff were exceptional. You feel welcomed, there is no pressure to buy because honestly the service alone is getting you so excited to play by teaching you. 10/10, shopping experience. Fenix and the other person at the store, you are true professionals. If you are getting into warhammer or overwhelmed trying to figure out rules that it is burning you out or stemming your passion, go to this store, they will teach you and help you.

This store is great!
It was a little intimidating with all the stock and prices but phoenix was so helpful. He walked me through the entire demo painting and building and taught me a lot of great little tricks and tips as it was my very first model. That made it so much easier to just spend the initial money on the paint and other starting supplies supplies! I am definitely coming back! 😁

Popped in here to pick up the 'starter paint set + tools kit' and was blown away by the service and genuine excitement the staff have for the game! Phoenix and Colin where amazing and ran me through a pretty thorough paint session/tutorial to show me the ropes!

Phoenix even offered to show me a rundown of how to play the game but unfortunately I had to leave due to other plans.

I even left with a few extra goodies thrown in which was totally unexpected and made the experience all that much nicer 🙂

All in all, to say the service here is amazing is an understatement, it's beyond outstanding!

The best shop ever. The normal games workshop typical employee is a bit "pushy" but this store is something different. I would like it if the store had a bit more variety and kits for specific factions but still one of the best workshops avaliable

The store is fantastic. Walked in, instantly greeted by friendly and kind-hearted staff members. Was given all the guidance I could ask for, but nobody was overbearing. I came in just to browse, but ended up having a great chat, got some paints, and ended up being informed about upcoming events! I will make a point of returning here as often as I can. Thank you to Phoenix especially for being a gentleman and super helpful with all my questions!

I just started to get into this hobby, and this store was very welcoming and not pushy. My friend and I were showed a quick game just to see if we’d get into it or not. Amazing customer service! I did find some other places that was a little cheaper, but I’ll continue to buy through this store due to their customer service alone. :)

The staff have always been friendly and the store was always clean for the last two years I've visited. Recently I went in for a preorder that was sold out quickly online. I was put on the preorder list but on the day of the sale there was a mixup unfortunately with how many people were on vs stock available. That said Chris went above and beyond, and was able to resolve this!

Traveled a ways from up north to visit a true GW store and was not disappointed. Staff member of very friendly and inviting and incredibly informative. Painted models and scenery alone is worth a visit if you play this game or not. Found a couple treasures but best part of the visit was taking with Staff member. Great guy Amazing store. Definitely will return
