I went to pick up my online order, however, one of the items was cancelled due to an out-of-stock item. I wanted to take advantage of the promotion for the specific brand, so Lucas helped me with my purchase. It was so easy, he cancelled the other item online and then I purchased a different toy but same brand in-store, so the promo still applied.
Lucas is helpful and efficient. I will definitely keep coming back to this store.

I met Andrew today at the Hurontatio store to select a stroller. Being a first time parent I had no clue what can fit my needs at best. I can't believe this fellow was soooooo much knowledgeable and humble that he answered almost million questions and sometimes repeated questions (sorry about that)

Toys r us is a one-stop shop for all toys needs. We went in the month of August and some very good deals are going on. Some toys are little expensive but then quality always has a price

I regularly visit the Toys “R” Us stores and find the Mississauga Hurontario location to be the best one by far. The staff always treat you with respect, are friendly and willing to help and make sure you find what you’re looking for. GREAT STAFF! There is one staff member that truly needs to be recognized. Dipali works as a cashier her customer service is beyond exceptional. Always happy makes you feel special, and you can’t help but leave with a smile. This woman is truly outstanding We need more like her……

Went to toys r us, was almost closed and they still let me in. Staff was great from manager to cashier.

Shopping at this location is so easy. Huge shout out to Margarita. My expectant daughter and I had the most pleasant experience with her. Without us asking for help she came over and assist us with all our needs. She went above and beyond to make our shopping experience exemplary. Kudos to her and your accommodating staff.

AWESOME LOCATION OF TOYS R US!! PLACE IS KEPT CLEAN, MEANING THE FLOORS!! ONLY DOWNSIDE ARE THE PRICES, CRAZY EXPENSIVE!! SOME SPECIFIC RC CARS WHICH THEY SELL, YOU CAN ACTUALLY GET THEM AT WALMART FOR LIKE 2-3 TIMES CHEAPER!! BUT STILL, TOYS R US HAS MANY UNIQUE TOYS, WHICH WALMART DOESN'T!! THIS MAKES IT AN IDEAL PLACE FOR GIFTS!!!

Margarita is amazing! We had trouble finding a toy and she searched the whole store until she found one for us. She is very nice and very helpful!

Always a big fan of toys r us..staff is very friendly and they have ample parking space available too. This branch employees worth some raise.

Awesome effort to find dollhouse for grandchild. Over the top work by the staff to find one in Oakville and put directions on our phone despite leaking roof and internet not working. BRAVO

It is one of the best stores to buy toys and baby items. Especially, they are running a summer sale now.
