A great place to go for brunch or lunch in Peterborough. We went there last weekend for our reunion event with friends. The service was amazing and food was absolutely delicious. The mushroom burger I ordered was perfectly cooked and I loved dollar chips on the side!

A good day in a beautiful place with good friends and very tasty and delicious food, the friendliness and hospitality of the manager and staff of the cafe restaurant was excellent. I recommend that if you go to Peterborough, you must visit this cafe and restaurant, and don't miss their delicious hamburgers.

Warm atmosphere. The staff were very warm and inviting, always smiling. I was seated immediately. The cafe is very clean. I had the Eggs Benny, which I highly recommend. Very family friendly.

It was a very warm, cozy place. Although the plates of other costumers who were ordering brunch and breakfast had perfect smell and very well design, I ordered hamburger as I'm not a brunch person. All I can say is that mushroom fried burger tastes like heaven, and I fall in love with the dollar chips and the Cesar sald as the side of the plate.
My husband had breakfast, and he was totally satisfied with his plate that I couldn't remember its name but was bacon, sausage, and egg. And ohhhh, I forgot about the French toast with the homemade blueberry comput, which was awesome.
Highly recommend, for sure it was a busy place with many costumers so there was a normal waiting time that I believe it worst it. And last but not least, the friendly atmosphere and their hospitality beside their fair prices will sure take me there again and again.

My kids took my wife and I there for Mother's Day. The food and service were fantastic. My wife received a Mother's Day rose, and they took pictures (to be sent later by email). It was great.

I've eaten here a few times now, the food NEVER disappoints and the people who work there (servers and support staff alike), are always super friendly every time. The atmosphere is what you'd expect from a local Diner, mixed with the deco of pop culture mafia and gangster memorabilia, very cool esthetic. Everything is a really good price, and it's my go-to downtown Peterborough, ON everytime I get hungry while im running errands or waiting for a GO Bus hands down. Go check it out!

One of, if not the best breakfast I have truly had. Really gives chains like sunset grill a run for their money. The food was just spectacular, I had the Benedict with peameal bacon.The bacon tasted bbq like, or smoked perhaps, whatever it was truly outstanding. The potatos were also fantastic. I wish there was one closer to my home in Burlington but nevertheless I can’t recommend this spot enough.

We went to this café for breakfast. The portion sizes were large and the food quality was very good. The staff's behavior was very nice and polite. Highly recommended.

One of the best breakfasts in town. Located right in the center of downtown, near everything. I had the scrumtious meet lovers omelette, which is LOADED with cheese, bacon, and sausage. Paired with the yummy dollar chips.

Dining area was also recently renovated, with a cozy 1920s gangster-esque atmosphere. That lives up to the restaurants namd.

Food was very delicious, the waiter was very nice to me.
Prices are very good. It was $15 for a burger, fries and pop.

Hands down the best breakfast in Peterborough. My partner have been trying every breakfast place in town. Lots of great ones, but nothing compares to the OG. Dollar chips are delicious, service is fast and kind. Love this restaurant.

Cute little Cafe with some great food at a good price. Had the peameal Benedict and the peameal was grilled so perfectly, eggs nice and runny and loved the dollar chips. Really friendly and quick service even when a little busy. Definitely recommend

A lil bit crowded but amazing food the breakfast was top notch! Littke bit pricey compared to some places but once you have one of those doller fries it makes up for it! Order was made to perfection and the staff were very friendly!

We were seated immediately upon entry and were well checked on for food taste and coffee refills. Good serving sizes, very filling food!

The bathroom was clean, and you do have to go down stairs though to reach it.

I ordered fish and chips with caesar salad, I really liked it, it was very tasty and the fish had a good taste, I suggest you try it, the staff is very kind and friendly.
