Gosh, I am really happy I found this place. Amazing customer service. I purchased 2 Faliero Sarti scarves here 2 weeks ago and purchased another one yesterday. To me, good service is almost as important as your purchase. They really made me want to return to shop...and will be back again. My package arrived beautifully packed with care. WOW! Another great thing I like is the online chat. Almost always available during business hours..instant reply to answers made my purchase really easy. Good knowledge of the inventory. An absolutely excellent boutique experience for haute couture in Toronto. The customer experience was excellent, I never felt rushed and the staff was able to help me pick out unique pieces. Online delivery was flawless, I even found a personal handwritten note (which was a very nice touch). Truly an elevated experience both online and in person.

Original Luxury is the definition of quality and elegance from the products they have to the service they deliver. The store manager Alex is fabulous! Their pricing is the best I found when researching the Falerio Sarti scarves I purchased. Their packaging is exquisite. I cannot say enough about my experience with this company!!!!

Three positive points up front: 1. They use Shopify 2. Canadian site charges in Canadian dollars and 3. Because they have been around 20 years they seem to have a pretty good variety of items.

When I was searching for a silk scarf online I stumbled on to Original Luxury and saw right away they are located down the street from my work. I thought that was a bonus since I know the location to be a good clean commercial area near a prominent university. When I made my purchase, the discount code didn't work but after writing to OL they processed my post-purchase refund right away. The emails from Alex and his (or her?) team were so nice! Then when I received my order I was so pleasantly surprised because not only did I get a beautiful scarf at an amazing price in Canadian $ but got this wonderful large white faux alligator skin box with 2 scarf rings and a beautiful black tasselled velvet-like bag.

Now I've shopped online for over 15 years and have never had my 'hair blown back' from an online purchase experience before. So not only are you finding luxury goods from this site, they are providing a whole luxury experience to go along with your shopping ->I'd say this is very, very nice. I would recommend them and I would purchase from them again. Now a word of caution: read the FAQ before you buy as there could be some tax or duty. If you are in doubt email them before your purchase. My purchase was subject to HST only because I'm local but I recommend that you just check to be sure and you'll be able to shop with confidence.

Well, i guess i should say THANK YOU Original Luxury for everything!!! This is not my first time shopping at Original Luxury. It is really hard to describe in words what kind of amazing service this company provides to their customers!
From start to the end highly trained staff taking you through the products. Customer service rocks!!! Great fitting room. Lots of new arrivals!!!! To write a proper review is near impossible. Put it this way, you can walk down Bloor and shop at all the boutiques in Yorkville, and yeah you'll look great, but so will everyone else who wears the same product, or you can shop at Original Luxury and wear product that is exclusive to you. These guys have an amazing caring staff whose entire direction is to make you beautiful and help you to live your best life. Thanks so much guys!

Bought a couple of scarves from these guys - the quality is amazing to say the least. Imported from the UK and made of 100% cashmere - I will be buying more from them as family gifts. It only helps that their packaging screams 'luxury' :)

Originalluxury is definetely luxury experience shopping with the great customer service. The team takes an individualist approach to your shopping experience, very helpful and pleasant.
