Tim Hortons

Staff is really really great and I visit timhortons often.so just wanted to make a review.customer service is awesome.friendly staff.They give a fantastic first impression for the guests with a smile. Great job guyz keep it up 🥂

didn't order anything but hot water, but they were very kind.

Tim bits were fresh. Coffees were not overly sweet which I appreciated. Breakfast sandwiches were warm and tasty. Staff were all smiling and friendly. They forgot a drink, but were apologetic and quick to rectify the situation.

My family stopped by for coffee and hot cocoa. Everything was great.

Had Boston cream, maple cream, apple fritter, birthday cake timbit and iced coffee, went 3 days in a row and every time everything was really good and fresh. Service was friendly, prompt and very good. The one who took our order recognized us from the previous day's visit and remembered our preferences. The service was just as attentive, friendly and prompt towards the wave of customers after us. The donuts and drinks are good and there is a very welcoming, friendly vibe at this location that really stands out.

They are crazy busy except in the evenings.Great service.Clean washrooms.Dine-in is open from 7am to 10 pm and drive through is 24 hours.It takes a while in the drive through when it is busy.

Nit many times i get my order just right but this location got our order, which was actually a very large order, to the T given the fact it was placed T the drive thru! The staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we had asked for!

What a lovely experience. I was greeted at the drive thru window by a man singing “Say Something” by a Great Big World. His enthusiasm and beautiful voice made my morning. I hope he gets a raise.

Nice clean location. Sandwiches were great and the wraps are wrapped by hand which is a cute touch compared to the cardboard tube of other locations. Friendly staff.

This is a high traffic location and through it all the staff are very friendly and make efforts to keep things moving. I can't say enough to the character and consideration of the staff as I accidentally left my purse behind on one visit and then proceeded to drive to Canmore before realizing my mistake. When we called the manager Albert was quick to let me know that one of his employees had identified it being left behind and ensured that it was safely stored. Lucky for me Albert was coming to Canmore that afternoon so our trip was only delayed a little. I am so grateful to Albert and his staff for helping out this wayward traveller! Thank you!!!!

We stayed in Invermere over the weekend and came to this Tim Hortons every day. Our order was always right and our coffees tasted great every time. This morning on our way back to Alberta, we stopped to get our coffees and we had the nicest girl at the window! We wanted to give her a shout out specifically but this place as a whole if doing a fantastic job!

The people here are absolutely wonderful. Great service and a fantastic location. Tim's quality always shines through! Love that it's Canadian too!

Always good, great service by the young staff. We were served by a very pleasant and eager young man from Palestine. I think that is wonderful of Tim Hortons for giving our new Canadians an employment opportunity. Well done!

It is timy but they have to improve their coffee

Lived on their nicely priced Lattes with oat milk for 14 days while up there on a wildfire May, 2023. Great place!

We went in for some donuts and coffee. To my surprise they had all my favorite donuts without one kind missing. I don't think has ever happened before. We took the box of 12 to a rest area further away to sit and enjoy them.
