The pharmacy staff at this Shoppers located off Wye Road, across from London Drugs, are professional, caring and supportive. They take the time to listen and help. You’re treated with respect and never rushed. Everything is explained.

I experienced terrible treatment at the Shoppers in the Sherwood Park Mall every time I visited . The pharmacy staff there are super rude and off-putting. You will be so happy to switch to the above mentioned Shoppers.
Let’s face it, when you’re sick, you absolutely should be treated with kindness and courtesy above all.

Came to get our favourite coffee on sale but they were sold out so the cashier supervisor Jazzy checked out back for us and they didn’t have any so she took the time to call the other close by shoppers for us! Not used to this level of service at Shoppers! Thanks Jazzy !!

Went to Pharmacy last sunday evening to buy medicine. This is the best pharmacy I have been here in Sherwood park. I have a bad experience im shoppers pharmacy at the mall because the lady there was very rude. I am so grateful for Kevin Deol, this is the kind of pharmacist we need. He helped us above and beyond and gave us instruction how to treat oral thrush and mouth sore for my baby. Though he is very busy as he is alone. The smile and respectful manner is still there. Kudos to you Kevin keep up the good work!

This is honestly the best pharmacy in all of Sherwood Park, the pharmacists are so incredibly sweet and very helpful. They are all so knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you out. This shoppers is very family friendly also very welcoming. Staff are kind and helpful as well. I been to a few pharmacies and out of the few, this ones awesome. I’m so happy I can turn to Shoppers respectful pharmacists who care about their patients/customers. I super recommend Shoppers on Wye 😊

Alexis the cosmetics manager is THEE best! I don't live in this area but I travel to see her. She educates me every time I'm in and really takes her time.

They always look after my medical needs.
This time was for my booster shot as well as my flu shot.
Great job guy's and girls.

I have dealt with this pharmacy for several years and all of the pharmacists and techs/assistants have been excellent. They've even caught errors on my doctor's part and pointed out many helpful things.
