Came here with family members, Gumika was very helpful and friendly. We ended up needing to exchange an item two days later and the team (Amy or Eileen?) was very helpful as well.

This Best Buy store has gotten so much better with their customer service. Most of the employees are very helpful, now. I've used their Geek Squad sevices and it was great. Anytime I had a technical problem, they answer my questions. I like how they stay up-to-date with all their products. Also, this location has lots of parking and an elevator for easy access.

Really good and friendly customer service. I had an issue with my online account on boxing day but Gunika, the one helping me, was very patient and kind with helping me figure it out even when it was super busy.

Ethan is incredible. He was very helpful, and gave us tons of deals! Dealing with Best Buy for phone plans is even better than when dealing direct with the phone companies themselves!

Great customer service. I was confused about which kitchen appliances were best for my particular situation, but one of the workers, Gunika, helped me with choosing the best and affordable appliances!

Accolades to Japreet who provided exceptional service when I arrived to seek help with a Sony recorder that I had purchased at Best Buy several years ago. When I went to use it for the first time since 2020, I was unable to make it work. Japreet not only set the new time and date, but showed me (to my embarrassment) that I had simply been pushing the wrong buttons! As a senior, it is not uncommon for service staff to belittle, disrespect or patronize us (which I had expected in this instance). I appreciated the patience and diplomacy that Japreet demonstrated. Thanks Japreet for your 5-star effort!

May 31 2023 I was assisted by the "geek squad "store manager-Dylen.
He lessened to the logic in an argument had in a previous visit to the store.
That previous visit had not gone to plan and Dylen help RIGHT that in witch i had previously been wronged.
Dylen did his JOB as a manager and who represents" bestbuy " face to face shopping experience. Giving credit where credit is due...
The one thing you can't get from shopping on Amazon is the service Dylen provided.

Ordered a portable ac unit online went in picked up and the service was excellent. Helped me to the car and helped rearrange the car to fit the unit. All with a pollite attitude and a smile. Thanks!

We had a lady help us with a new 4k Samsung tv purchase. She was able to answer correctly off the top of her head all of my questions and I was actually impressed. Ended up grabbing it then and the tv has been awesome! Let’s see how long it will survive but the employee did a great job!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience I had when I checked in for a curb side order last night. I arrived at 7pm and checked in on my phone that I was in stall 3 for pick up. When I looked at the store they looked like they were closing so I checked online and yes they closed at 7pm. I waited a couple of minutes and didn’t see anyone coming so I left. I was a block away when my phone rang and when I answered it a lovely young lady named Amanda from Best Buy told me that she saw my check in for my order and if I was still in the area to come back for my order. I was so surprised by her amazing customer service that I had to write this review. Amanda you are a star and I thank you for what you did for me.

Marc gave excellent service! i told him everything i was looking for and my price range and he gave great advice. We're even working in the same industry on the side, social media marketing, and had lots of industry knowledge.

I went in to get a new phone and asked the first person I saw for help, and I was not disappointed in the service I recieved! She unfortunately wasn't wearing a name tag but the young woman who helped me was awesome, as were the people at the returns and exchanges desk. The only downside was that I had to go to three different desks with two different lines, but that's more of a Christmas shopping/management problem, so no biggie. 10/10 customer service.
