Ralph's Farm Market

Found this place through a friend and im glad i did. Beautiful place well stocked with organic fruits, vegetables and freshly baked bread and more. Their meats are actually really good and you can taste the difference, by that i mean their meats don’t have any added preservatives. The staff are friendly and well informed to answer any questions you have in regard to what they have.

First off, unlike many stores or retail spaces , I was greeted as soon as I entered. Emma at the meat/deli counter was already helping a customer, but was so helpful and knowledgeable and answering all the customers questions. I really was impressed. She helped me and again her demeanour was amazing. A smile, and happy to help. Such a great job Emma.

When I checked out, Victoria helped me. Asking me about my day, starting conversation, engaging in conversation with a random stranger, with a smile on her face and kindness in her heart and voice.

I’m in awe of the staff at Ralph’s. All of you that I have encountered are amazing. Thank you for always making the experience a great one. Not many establishments do the same. I commend you all. Thank you. I will definitely be back (even I’m there all the time but these two, Emma and Victoria, really impressed me today). Thank you 😊

This is a really cool store. I come from Alberta and in Edmonton we have a market store here called Freson Bros and this store reminds me of our Freson Bros. The store is well lit and clean. The ambiance is great. A lot of fresh produce is available and looks great. Our contact with the staff we had was great and they were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our experience here.

The best place to buy a flavorful great turkey abit exspencive but worth every penny every time

Absolutely gorgeous store and beautiful shopping experience here that makes you want to eat healthy! The selection is great including the produce which is tough this time of year. Prices are a bit high but given the quality and environment it’s worth it. Kind of feels like Whole Foods has met a Country Market. The meat is sourced BC and ethically raised. Nice long expiry dates on things so it’s nice and fresh. The deli is awesome and they custom make delicious sandwiches for you. The staff are really nice and friendly adding to the feel good atmosphere. Highly recommended and well worth checking out if you’re in the area.

I was only in the store for a few minutes and was complimented as an employee walked by and the two girls in the deli (Sarah and another girl) were so nice and friendly! Must be a great place to work :)

First time today, I’ll be back! There was a line as there is everywhere, it went fairly quickly. The staff were cleaning carts as they collected them. There are signs all over directing you to line up, and that they are not accepting cash at this time. There were sanitation wipes, they only allow 15 customers at a time to keep social distancing acceptable. There are signs asking you to buy what what you touch but I kind of liked that, it discourages people from touching 20 apples to buy 3! I found the price’s decent. The staff were friendly. Lots of parking.
Once I returned home, I made the most delicious stir fry. Everything was so fresh and tasty.
Stir fry: long grain wild rice with herbs, with bean sprouts and green onions on top, then piled with red onion, red peppers, bunch carrots, and broccoli!

Great quality, friendly staff. Happy they have the meat dept. Also conveniently open Sundays now.

Great selection of fresh local produce, along with a deli and many other grocery items. Great store that is clean and well managed. Deli makes some real tasty foods too!

We found Ralph Farm's name on the box of that 30-pound second best apples we bought elsewhere so decided to find its location. A big pleasant surprise is the size of Ralph Farm Market, the many varieties of local and imported produce, and how fresh they are. We pick up the giant box of apples and a few other items. At checkout I mentioned this was our first time here. The cashier kindly gave us 10% off and wish us coming back with a very friendly smile. I appreciate a business that empowers employees to make decision for the company, and after all, the giant store is very clean and the ambience is so good!

Shout out to ‘Victoria’ the cashier, she is super friendly, nice change. She was so efficient while serving me. Friendly staff members always there to help. I enjoyed my time browsing the many choices. Love the meat selection, as long as you don’t mind paying a bit more I suggest you visit Ralph’s.

A very enjoyable shopping experience. Told by a friend about the excellent buy on pork chops so I drove out. The meat looks so fresh and not sitting in styrofoam trays but wrapped in butcher paper as you order. The deli meat looked fresh and the ham I got was delicious. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and well presented. The finishing touch was the staff . Excellent people skills friendly and welcoming at the meat/deli and cashiers. Nice!

This market is absolutely amazing!!! I'm a big advocate for local Canadian products so I try to buy them as much as possible. Ralph's Farm Market makes it easy for me to do so; they carry so much local fruits, vegetables, meats, deli, etc. They are really delicious of course!! Not only this place carries fresh food, they provide such a warm service. Every employee there is very kind and friendly. I love this market so much. I really appreciate what you do for the community!! 😇

Arrived home with only 1/2 the box of blueberries and strawberries. And no raspberries. Although the family has full tummies and big smiles.

Just stopped by on my way home from work. I had the nicest cashier!! So kind and complimented me on my outfit! And asked me about my day.
It was a great way to end the day. More businesses need to hire and train their staff to be so friendly and provide customer service in this way.

Went there for the first time with my son yesterday. Great service and fantastic food. Produce is fresh & meat from the butcher counter is SO good. Staff are super friendly and helpful.
