Great customer service from this Shoppers! Was looking for a particular squishmallow so called them in advance and they were very quick to respond even though it was a busy Saturday. They also have a great selection of beauty & cosmetics at this location and I was able to pick up some products I was unable to find at other Shoppers locations.

Pharmacist Liza was wonderful. My son was ill and she took great care of him. Very nice pharmacist! Excellent customer care.

I would like to give thanks for Sonali and giving her 5 star for exceptional help to find the exact thing from the spot of Burt’s bees , Everytime ,I visit this store she is the one who welcome me with great smile by going back and forth . Always willing to give quick help and treat all the customers equally .

Nice and friendly staff. Cosmetic section is well organized and have trained employees. Kudos to the girls working on wednesday, they were really knowledgeable and helpful.

Shyama is a great employee at this location, she always helps you and tells you all the best deals. She is so kind and gives best customer service to every one and i appreciate her help.

Looking for Elf halo glow filter literally in every, ok almost every Shoppers drug mart ( and Walmart) , called Meadowvale, Englinton Shoppers both offered to place order online and were very pleasant, took info to call when available ) tenth line and Lakeshore ( said we can’t place order online) Creditview beauty sales person Zahera, very helpful, took info to call when available, she was professional and knowledgeable) and before giving up, I decided to give one last try to Bristol and Mavis Shoppers, of course product wasn’t there BUT Beauty sales person PREET made sure that I will not go empty handed, she explained the whole procedure to place order, checked online and right away placed my order,
Today I received it. Thank you PREET for your proactive and excellent customer service.

cosmetics staff was very helpful and friendly. Went to this location on thursday evening, a lady working there helped me in my selection for skincare. She was very patient.

This is based on my experience with Heather who works at the Beauty Department. Heather is sincere, knowledgeable and spends time listening to your concerns, answering your questions and then giving good, honest advice. Her intention does not seem to make a sale, but sincerely help. As a result, I found some great products for my body and face. They worked so well I have kept going back to buy the same products. Heather is also a genuinely nice person. I look forward to seeing her whenever I go to the store. I appreciate someone like Heather because you can trust she has your best interest at heart. Thank you Heather :)

Pharmacy only : Fantastic. Never had any issues. Helpful and friendly pharmacists.
However, shoppers is overpriced and has a horrible return policy. Not sure how they hope to compete with walmart...

Nice and clean open till 10 at night have most of the product selection of shoppers. Great deals and with new points system you can accumulate points very fast. Even prices of groceries like milk bread coffee are the same as groceries store I prefer buying from here so I can get points which are easy to redeem.

We visited today and Meray helped us out she was so helpful and nice to us! Helped us find all of our products nicely.

I didn't get to read her name tag but the lady cashier appeared to be from an east-asian descent, within a minute of explaining her the concern she fixed my PRESTO fare issue.

I have always gone to this location no matter where I live. I drive by 3 stores closer to me / but they treat u like a person here. Great staff and super helpful - always.
