Untouchables Sports Cards & Gaming

I like untouchables. It feels like the employee actually care and try to take care of you. They have a good selection and prices aren't bad either. Tournaments are held often and run smoothly. Tons of space. If you like card games come here. The only thing I wish would improve is their online store, but they are quick with finding what you need if you come in

I bought some cards from Steven online and he was fantastic. We had an issue with some cards that were lost in the mail and not only did they kept in communication with me the whole time while waiting, but he sent me a replacement set for free. I understand this is a one-time thing but I still appreciate the kindness and will continue to do business with them. They're professional, thoughtful and generous at Untouchables and I strongly recommend giving them a try if you're in the area or even online!

good place to play yugioh. i attended a yugioh event here for the first time with my friend who was interested in playing in real life for the first time. staff are very friendly and they had a good selection of many varieties of cards. everyone was chill and nobody cared that i was playing for the first time since exciton knight was released and he was playing for the first time without a glowing yellow button. wish the place was a little more roomy but considering the location im sure rent is violent enough. no complains about singles prices.

Got a great price for my cards and the team there was super nice. They spent lots of time helping me find each card I was looking for. Would recommend 10/10.

A great place with warm and kind staff. They have tournaments here. You will love the players as much as the facilitating staff. Fun, warm, nice place to shop and play card games Pokemon Yu-Gi-Oh etc.

Fantastic store where you can find sports cards & collectibles, board games, Funko pops, tabletop card games, and everything in between. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and like to help customers with whatever they're looking for. A local gem that's been at Central Parkway Mall for years.

Can get busy on their tournament days. Staff was very helpful and Informative. Purchased a bunch of pokemon cards and sleeves. Would definitely return again!

What a fun store to visit - lots of cool and interesting things to see and available to purchase. My son needed Pokemon cards to complete a deck. A friendly young man named Eric was able to located them quickly and even had helpful suggestions. He also invited us back to test the new deck on Pokémon tournament night.

As an extra bonus we found some harder to find cards at reasonable prices. Great experience and a special thanks to the helpful young man.

Cool community, very chill staff overall a fun place to hangout and they have a nice selection of sleeves. What more could you ask for.

Excellent customer service. I came in to look at yugioh singles and they were very helpful. The store was very busy with a tournament going on but they were still very attentive to the customers browsing.

I'm happy this place exisits. The service at 401 Games is so bad that I would rather make the 2 hour trip to Mississauga than the 30 minute trip to go downtown. Great service to the staff of Untouchables.

Amazing place! I play here weekly on Sundays for Pokemon (starts at 11 AM) and the environment and mood is great!
Everyone is very welcoming and such a blast to play with!

So to preface I've not been to the store in person, but me and my brother first came into contact with Untouchables at Anime North 2022 and not only were they incredibly friendly and helpful but they were great to just talk to about card games and the like, earlier today my Brother got a phone call from them to say that a mistake was made with his order and they added a few free items to make up for it.

When he told me this I could tell by how he was he was stoked and couldn't wait for his order to arrive, after today and how they treated my brother we will WITHOUT QUESTION be ordering more from them in the future and if we are ever in the area would shop in person when we can.

The customer service just from an online order has made us some really happy customers and I can't recommend them enough because of it.
