Great location! The best shoppers in the GTA! Customer service is fantastic! Taj in the pharmacy was easy to deal with and took the time to answer all my questions in detail. Iva is also a great manager at this location with a lot of knowledge. Who ever put this team together did an amazing job!

I have been going to this Shoppers ever since it opened and have never had a bad experience in there. I have had the pleasure of getting to know some of the staff there as well as management and they always take the time to help out with whatever is needed for myself or others in the store at that time. Staff and management's so good here that if you have a bad experience in this store ... then you unfortunately are a bad customer and should go do your shopping else where ... Goodbye 👋 ... wish there was more stars so I could give it a 10 out of 10 !!

Clean and Friendly store. I have been to many shoppers store and this is among my frequent ones. The store is extremely clean and i have never had issues with any purchases. This store entrance has a fragrance outlet and they have all of the latest perfumes and many a times those are on sale too.
The store manager and the staff are super friendly. They will surely assist in finding any item on the flier and also if item is not on the shelf, they will check in the backstore if any stock is left. This does give a great customer experience.
There is also a Canada Post outlet within this store so thats an added benefit !

Location is open late which is the main reason for the 5* rating. Everything else is the same as any other shoppers, but the late hours is definitely convenient and useful when you need things after everything has closed.

Tanya did our passport photos (mine and my daughter's) and did such an incredible job. I have a 3 month old so it wasn't easy but she managed to do it so quickly and so well. She got her attention and the picture turned out perfect. I was shocked at how fast it was done! Definitely go to Tanya to get your passport photos, especially for your little ones!! Thank you again!

Clerks in this store actually pick up the phone (unlike many other Shoppers stores) when you call them to check if an advertised item is in stock.

In store service is perfect 👍👍 and there was no line up when I was there.

Lots of free parking spots. Handicapped parking spots near the entrance. Wheelchair accessible entrance and wheelchair accessible store.

I visit this Shoppers when I need to get beauty products, because the beauty boutique manager, Barb Stiles, is amazing.
I have been shopping there for a number of year, as long Barb has been the Beauty Boutique manager. She knows her products and is always very helpful and friendly. She has never steered me wrong.
The rest of the store used to be nice until the new associate took over.

Had an appointment for my vaccine booster here today. Pharmacy staff were very pleasant, filled in my form and had the shot within 4 minutes.
Couldn’t have been more straightforward.

Very well kept shop, clean and tidy, with some pretty good deals. So many negative reviews on here, but I would definitely return based on todays experience.

Very friendly pharmacy team here so I'm very surprised by the low rating. I will admit things werent the smoothest during the pandemic at times due to all the calls/vaccine appointments, but they still did their best. Quickly refills prescriptions for me even if it was my fault leaving it to the very last minute with minimal complaints.

I see lots of bad reviews here. I am not a customer of the Pharmacy but I often shop in the cosmetics section. So far, the service I've received was great. It is time that people realize that retail of any kind is not a fast food drive through. I understand that the service sometimes is not what you would expect but look at the things realistically and be willing to invest an extra time to wait for the service if needed. Again, I can only say good things about the service at this location, especially its cosmetics section.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The staff from cosmetic department especially Zian, Demo and Vinny are doing a wonderful job.

I was shopping for make up in preparation for being a bridesmaid next weekend. It is a challenging to match foundation to any skin, let alone without testers available to see it on the skin. I was lucky to work with Gabrielle, who was patient and so very knowledgeable. We picked out a foundation, concealer a blush, and a highlighter. I was worried that they won't be an exact mach, and she assured me that I can return the products if they don't work.
I'm happy to say that all of the products worked out better than expected and are a great match.

And Shoppers Drugmart, please seriously consider bringing the testers back. Its about time, and they are a personal use, so no cross-contamination is possible.

I came here to get a travel Covid test. The guy who performed my test was very gentle and it wasn’t uncomfortable at all. My results were returned to me within 16 hours. I took my test at 2pm and the results email was sent at 4am the following morning.

Very happy with the turnaround time! Thanks for helping me travel!

Great customer service by Managment and staff come here all the time and get treated with great service and find everything I am looking for

I came here to get my passport photo done... and it was great! Lorraine was super patient with me and my oily/shiny face (haha) and very adamant on getting a proper photo that would be accepted. I also interacted with Slava and Collette, both very friendly and approachable! Will definitely come back to get my photos redone, or for errands in general!

My favorite Shoppers! The staff are always super friendly and helpful! I love how they're open 24/7 and even if I come in at 10pm, the pharmacist will get my prescriptions ready by the time I finish my shopping.

Amazing , well organized , well stoked store with courteous staff and cashier . Enough parking also which makes shopping easier
