Really friendly customer service in kitchen and bathroom department. Lots of selection and good prices.

I have generally had a Great experience at this location in particular. I must point out that this last Sunday, on New year's Eve, "Mahdi" was extremely helpful with my electrical and lighting needs. Even pointed me to a beautiful chandelier that was on clearance for an excellent price. He walked back and forth through the store to help me, while multitasking and tending to other, not so grateful and inpatient customers, with nothing but a Smile on his face. These are the kind of employees that the home Depot commercial portrays! Excellent work "Mahdi" I hope you are recognized for your efforts! Thank you again! This is a one stop for everything a home needs. Hardware, lights and fixtures, Air conditioner, kitchen appliances all in one shop. The customer service is also very good. The employees help us when we need assistance finding a product.

I had a really smooth experience ordering something online from this location, it came the next morning
( right now), delivery drivers were nice, there was no headaches. Been having to purchase many things for the business lately and having many back to back order+deliveries to compare to. Assuming the product is not defective or tarnished once opening/ assembly process is complete in the near future I'm giving it 5 stars, for any reasons if there is a problem with the product or future complications I will edit the review, if you're left reading this current /original version of the review, then it remains as 5 stars.

One of the best Home Depot stores in the GTA!
My husband is a DIY guy, so we go to Home Depot as often as visiting supermarkets. This store amazed me with the amount of inventory they carry and it has the best garden centre and the biggest green house for the winter time. They have a vast variety of indoor plants in the green house to choose from and every time I visited, they have multiple clearance racks with the marked down plants at the store entrance. This is the place to go if u want a new indoor plant during the winter!

In a brief visit, I had three employees offer assistance in a friendly, no pressure manner. I found what I needed quickly and made it through the self checkout with ease. The store had a better selection of the hardware that I needed than i have found at my local store.

Today my mom and me went to this location to purchase a Christmas tree. After being redirected to various employees multiple times, Kelly helped us. And she couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful.
When shopping here make sure to ask for Kelly because she truly made our shopping experience a wonderful time.

Last week I went to go get some paint, a worker named Marcele was working in the colour department. She was absolutely wonderful! She helped out with everything I needed, with the best customer service by far. I’m a loyal customer to this specific location for over a decade now, and I’ve never seen a worker as good as she was, 5 stars to her!

I have to say when you start your home renovation project, Homedepot becomes your home. Everything you need for your project can be found there, and almost every time with the best price. Just love it, exactly as they’re saying: You can do it and we can help.

My experience was a positive one, I went in there today with my mother and the young man with an Indian accent who helped us finding the backsplash for the kitchen was very helpful, polite and very knowledgeable in what we needed

Aisha in home repairs was very knowledgeable and helpful with my drywall and tiles for my washroom supplies I needed, with her assistance today I felt I could do the job on my own and everything came out great so I’m updating the review my job looked like a professional repair. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional person and A great asset to Home Depot.

It was my first time to the Home Depot. It’s just so smooth from the beginning to the end. They have the aisle and bay number online on item page and also a pretty neat self checkout system.

Large retail store with great variety of merchandise. Great service and quality. It is a shame that when they do discounts, they are not so tempting as in Canadian Tire

I visited this location on Ellesmere Monday after a bathroom toilet leak flooded my bedroom and carpet. Zahir went over and above the call of duty to recommend a dehumidifier in the rental department and gave me advice on how to deal with this crisis while providing me with the very best customer service. It was late in the evening and many people were waiting. Zahir provided careful attention and service to each and every one of us. He was beyond polite and kind. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to receive great customer service when dealing with a home disaster. Thank you Zahir and the entire team at this Home Depot. Management is doing great things here. Bravo!
