The store has a huge selection of items all reasonable prices. The bulk "no name" items we buy a lot. We like the honey and peanut butter.

I remember going to their small store at the bottom of University Heights. They were beside the gasoline station there. Of course I was a kid back then.

Great staff! My son was sick a few weeks ago. I am 3 province's away so couldn't be there. I called and placed an order for pickup. Friendly, knowledgeable and kind.

An amazing store! The best selection of the safe & natural products on the market is found here. Prices are good too. Given the additives, preservatives and pesticides used in products today (which are not good), it is wonderful to walk into Jo Anne's and find organic, ethically sourced & environmentally friendly products.

I have been shopping at Jo Anne's Place for many years. I live about an hour away, and still shop there regularly. They always have what I need and want. The staff are very friendly and so helpful with lots of information and education if you so desire. Now they have a juice / smoothie bar for an even better shopping experience.

Joanne’s Place has been a part of my life for over 25 years now. I can ask any question and get an honest and helpful answer every time. The new store on Lansdowne St is now my closest store and easy to shop at. Resource materials are available when I need them also. Very friendly staff just make Joanne’s a more enjoyable experience always .

Jo Anne’s has many ecologically sustainable items for purchase & they always keep up to date with the current products in the industry. Myself personally wanted the stainless steel lunch carrier box for work with landscaping this year. I am in process of saving for this wonderful item at the store. Customer service employee’s are always kind & respect your space while visiting for groceries. Very respectable establishment & in my own opinion is helping the community to fulfill a more richer & natural environment for your home or events.

Always friendly with a great selection. Wheelchair accessible. Easy to find. Their little cafe of prepared foods is lovely. A seating area would be nice post-covid restrictions. They always have some sort of contest or sale going on which makes it fun. Always a great experience.

The service I received at Jo Anne's was truly remarkable! I was approached by at least 4 different employees to ask me how I was doing and if I needed help, and I ended up having pleasant conversations with every single one. Their selection of gluten and dairy free products was amazing, and I can't wait to make my way down there again. A++!

Everytime I shop at Joanne's I feel healthier and happier. The products are so well researched and staying with the times. I know that no matter my adventurous cooking plan, I will find a healthy alternative at Joanne's!

The Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly they know what they are selling.

They always have what I need in on the shelf. If I don't see it on the shelf the staff are always willing to look into the back of the store to see if they have more in the back.
If it one of the bulk items they will make you up a new one on the spot (eg. peanut butter, honey).

I also like how they source local items when they can.

Like to thank Ada for her outstanding care yesterday. You made me feel cared for and helped as you guided me through what I needed to help me recover from stomach flu/vomiting, which created severe heartburn. Everything you sampled me and advised really helped. It was like going to the doctors office, but more caring. For that reason, I’ll be back whenever I need guidance or products. Joanne’s you have a keeper there, don’t let her get away. Valuable asset for sure.
