The prices are worth it. They don't have all the products. It's a large store with several different choices. I recommend

JUST let you know if you happen to need help ASK FOR (AUSTIN) or (Klayton)....Those boys truly go above and beyond to get you what you need.
FOOD BASICS needs to recognise people like them.. and promote them to be trainers for NEW EMPLOYEES.

Good all the sales were there walked with everything I need good job

Had everything I needed in the store. Polite and helpful staff. I come from a different province so when I go in Ontario I appreciate when they have the products in stock.

I remember first time i went there, i couldn’t find some of my items in my list and i was on verge of walking out but then i asked Taylor, who went out of her way to help me find stuff even tho she was busy doing some work at the store. 5/5 for customer friendliness and 10/10 to Taylor and other staff member who ensures customers are always satisfied. Will be my go to store for grocery!!

Great prices, great service

I come here to shop every time I visit my parents in Cornwall. Fresh veggies and fruits at reasonable prices. Milk is also cheaper than most places in Cornwall so thats a plus.

Its a decent sized supermarket with a nice variety of products and produce.

Wow !! Just want to say I appreciate the Level of service(Los) I received at this food basic today . The cashier was fast while checking out iteams and even helped me bag my food . Thank you to the cashier for going above and beyond her job title . Also a spotless work station .

Had EXCELLENT customer service given by Amanda ( I believe to be the assistant manager if im not mistaken). I had called and explained that due to my daughter not feeling well I had to rush and leave the store without realizing the receipt with important information was not in my possession. Amanda showed great empathy and took control of the situation. She had even contacted an internal department to seek further assistance and provided me with the necessary information. Thank you Amanda you are truly an asset to your company.

The Food Basics on Brookdale is far superior to the Food Basics on Second Street. In presentation and product mix. As a 43 year veteran of the grocery business I'd rather shop in the Brookdale store. Plus the Brookdale store are Union which in my books is a very positive thing for both the employees and the customers.
