We had a great experience buying our new phone and setting up our plan with the help of Faiza. Despite being extremely busy on Boxing Day, Faiza made sure we understood all the plan details, and the pros and cons of each phone. We really appreciate her dedication to new customers.

I went this morning to buy a new phone . The young man (Neal)? looked after me, explained all the details clearly and I actually understood what he was saying. He was very personable and I thought he was a sweetheart so I told him.
It's great to have someone who knows what they're doing.

Incredible, exemplary customer service dealing with Faiza. I was in store 3 times to review current plan and discuss options going forward; to actually change plans and make arrangements for new devices, and then transfer data from old to new device. Each time I was in the store, multiple people came in to speak with Faiza. While serving me, she also dealt with a multitude of other client issues, but I never felt as if I was being underserved. It is very obvious that her attention to detail was why so many customers were willing to wait for her time. She is kind, knowledgeable, patient and fun to work with! Many people needed her time to coordinate with Rogers customer service on their behalf, which she was always happy to do. I cannot say enough about this amazing Rogers ambassador!

I was provided with one of the quality services by MOHAMMAD. He professionally changed my mind, by that I mean first, I wanted to cancel my services, but he propelled me to getting Home Internet and another two-year contract. Good job budy!

Went into the store to upgrade my phone to the new S24+. I was greeted by the sales rep Mohammad T and I explained I wanted to upgrade. He proceeded to check and find the exact phone I wanted including memory size. He found one that hand been pre ordered and not picked up and checked to make sure with his manager he could sell it to me. Mohammad then advised me there was also a promotion available which included a free samsung galaxy6 watch. He took the time to complete the deal and went above and beyond to rectify the issue that occurred by contacting tech support do to a flaw in the main system. Throughout the transaction Mohammand was courteous, professional and cheerful ensuring our interaction was a pleasant and productive one. I walked away satisfied and with a free watch valued at over $600. I'd like to thank Mohammad for his time and expertise and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new phone or accessories at this location.

Yesterday, when I went to the east york town centre Rogers store for the first time, I went only to get information about the new plans. But I was very surprised when Priyanka sent me back home with the New plan + iPhone Pro Max + Rogers MasterCard. Amazing I have never seen this type of customer service in my life😃.
