I am so grateful for the bakery staff at this save on foods. I asked them to make gender reveal cupcakes with a sealed envelope I had received from our midwife. The staff member, Hannah, was super friendly and excited to assist with this custom request. We picked up the cupcakes and were so delighted with how they turned out. Everyone loves biting into them at the same time to see the colour of the icing and whether it was a boy or girl!!

Everyone in the store is friendly and the pharmacist is the best I’ve ever seen - smart and kind! My mom has been lucky to have him as her pharmacist for many years and she both likes and respects him. Going to pick up meds has always been a pleasure for her.

Very good meat,especially when it's on sale. It's as good as what you would buy at a butcher.

Very fresh and reasonable price. Love to visit rather than markets in downtown.

Simon is incredibly kind. My wife is pregnant and needed cake right before the store closed. Simon was the only staff member around and he was patient and understanding and kind enough to ring us up the cake my wife was craving despite being well within his rights to tell us we'd have to come back the next day.

Great store have been shopping here for years, same overall pricing compared to other grocers yet often can have crazy deals for a "card price" meaning cheaper if you are in the rewards program. You collect points like others yet it's mainly used for discounted prices while everyday shopping. I'd say Walmart is overall cheaper for everything but card price purchases at saveon can get even better so keep an eye out. Would recommend if near a store and definitely recommend rewards program as it's free!

I don't normally shop at save on-however today my expectations were exceeded. I popped in quickly to buy an advent calendar and the whole display of individual chocolates came crashing down on me. Immediately the manager (I think) came to my rescue. Thank goodness because all I could think of was how I DID NOT want to be here putting the display back. I decided to quickly do an impulse shop and by the end I was running late. I guess it was obvious I was in a hurry and a new checkout was promptly opened up for me. Today I had a 'wow experience.' Thank you for taking the time to help me today-twice. An experience I've never had at the past in save on foods.

This is our favourite go to grocery store. Staff are friendly, acknowledge you and go that extra mile.
They are very accommodating and will match a sale price at another store that sure helps us and we so appreciate it.

I have shopped at this store for almost Four years. There service is outstanding and always offer excellent value with their price match guarantee. The store is also a great supporter of local, community events. All around excellent.

This is my go to save on, friendly helpful staff, Jenna always is a huge stand out for me, always brightens my day up! An extra gold star for her!

The best part of shopping here is the meat department's announcements about their features and sales. I usually stop in after work in the evenings and it really lifts my spirits. I don't even eat meat! It's rare (no pun intended) to hear such gusto, let alone from someone working a low-wage job in the middle of a pandemic. The person doing these pages deserves a raise!

This Save-On-Foods have authentic collection of materials including Asian goods. Convenient location, friendly staff and free parking.

I have shopped at Save On Foods before, but now that I have moved, I go to this location regularly. It has a great selection of food including great produce. As I get to know the store, I've asked for assistance several times & have always received friendly, helpful service. Great team! Thanks.

My "home grocery store" in Victoria. A few weeks ago while shopping in the store - had my personal clothing item irreversibly damaged as a result of an improperly sealed bleach bottle. Reported the unfortunate incident to store staff and was promptly attended by a member of their management team - Charlotte. They listened to my concern and reimbursed me for the damaged item. Certainly a team of staff and management that cares about their customers by providing a superb service. Even though I moved to a different community - will continue shopping here.

I really appreciate this store. The smaller size makes it comfortable to make my way from one end to the other. I still find everything I need. The staff are very helpful too!

This is my go to grocery store. I love how close it is to my house. Always have what I am looking for. My only complaint is that I wish they still carried original unsweetened Ripple brand pea milk. I also wish the pharmacy had longer hours.

The pharmacy staff is terrific. They are really on the ball with meds and special needs and they're genuinely good people. The grocery portion I good too but it's the pharmacy staff that keep me coming back.

I saw something this morning that impressed the heck out of me. I was in Save On to pick up a couple of things and was at the self-check outs and I overheard an internal call asking if the person on the other end had "time to take Kim shopping?". A young lady who was blind had entered the store and the service desk had called an employee to help her with her shopping. A very cheerful young man appeared and after impressive pleasantries offered her his arm and off they went. WELL DONE, Save On.

If I could give the staff here 10 stars, I would! Always so helpful, quick, and I couldn't say enough good things about the customer experience!
I also love that they have a lot of local products available too!
