Well it works for my cuz while he saves cash. His trailer is nice, the neighbor is a cool older fella. Close to stores. Place looks a little divey but I liked were my cuz is situated...hes back at the back and not a lot around him.

It's made a lot of changes in the past year or two. But still the with a bit more work it could one day be much more suitable for families and more of a solid community

It is what it is. Many improvements in the area around the park, but I suspect that is in preparation for re-purposing the area to industrial.
