I needed a flat roof specialist. I went online and found J & G. I called them first and left a message saying my roof was leaking in one area. They returned my call immediately and asked a number of questions. They made an appointment and were here promptly, examining the roof and giving me a quote for the repair which was a new roof, as the old one was leaking in many areas from being too old and worn out. I was on the roof with them as they showed me where and what the problems were. They also explained what they would do differently from the last roof, as it was not done properly.

I phoned two other companies. They returned my call days later and did not show up for their appointment. Instead, both companies asked what the lowest estimate was and said they would beat it. I thought, if they can't return calls on time, or show up for an appointment they scheduled, what will they do for the repair? I did not trust them.

J & G were professional, on time, and did a good job. I watched from the window to see what they were doing. And indeed, they did do it differently from the last time it was done. They put the membrane all the way up to the top and took their time in properly sealing everything.

I would highly recommend them as they are professional, know their job, and are on time and budget.

Jorge came and assessed the problem and returned promptly and fixed the problem. He is very professional and efficient. I would hire hime every time.

I used this company to fully repair my garage flat roof. I got a fair price (after getting four different quotes) and he was knowledgeable and provided prompt and professional repairs on the leaking flat roof. He additionally inspected the main roof performed some minor repairs and advices that the roof replacement could wait a few years.

The balcony above my garage at the front of my house collected water after a rainfall and leaked into my garage. The drain and piping wasn't adequate. I called Jorge to see if he can do something about it. Even though its a balcony, it can technically be a flat roof repair. Jorge inspected it and unfortunately discovered alot more issues. He made sure his conversation with me wasn’t an upsell but more so a concern for me, the homeowner. He actually did a “band-aid” fix before I hired him which stopped the leak for the time being. Jorge was very responsive, thorough with details on the repair and honoured the time frame he gave me in completing the job. He left my surroundings clean of any debris. The repair was very good and stayed on budget as promised. I recommend his services if anyone needs flat roof repairs. Plus, he’s a personable individual.

I had a vent for a kitchen exhaust fan that was leaking i had 2 different roofers try to fix the leak with no success. Then i called Jorge he came to inspect the problem . He explained what he was going to do to solve the problem . Jorge came the following day and performed the repair took photos to show what he did. Finally its fixed properly.
