Great experience Christmas shopping for my new puppy. D.J, the young gentleman that gave me a hand is the owner of the store and he was incredibly knowledgable of the products. He even went above and beyond to order me a specific bed that I wanted that isn’t normally in stock. Highly recommend shopping at the Paulmacs beside bulk barn lansdowne. Thanks D.J!!

Great service. When my husband went in for dog treats and they did not have what we were looking for, the owner went above and beyond to find us something similar. He went as far as giving us frozen chicken feet for free! Our dogs loved them and I was very pleased to learn they do not like to keep raw treats on hand for more than a week. It's great to know they keep the stock fresh and are happy to help a customer find what they need.

When people treat you good, when they are easy to talk to and helpful, it is definitely worth sharing. Great store. Good people. Thanks for your help with my dog diapers today, means a lot to us.

The customer service is amazing! And through this pandemic, even more so. I messed up, not realizing I needed to call first (a mistake I will not make again). When I showed up, the woman working was helpful - if she was irritated with me, I wouldn't have guessed it. Always friendly, helpful, and most importantly, informative.

I had a good time talking to Kate about getting everything I needed for my new fish tank, accessories and more.. After leaving Pet Smart just prior coming to your store.. I left P.S. very angry.. Kate made me feel at home at the store, she helped me pick everything out, except for the accessories which was fine by me, she was getting my fish at that point. At P.S. they told me i couldnt have as many fishes as I wanted in my tank. I was wanting 10 feeder goldfish. The associate at P.S. told me I needed a 40Gal tank for that. I was like umm.. nooo.. I always get feeder fish for a 10 Gal..

Sorry about the rant.. but I am every happy with the customer service and knowledge that Kate had (I believe she was the owners Mother) .. I will definately be coming back..

Was great. We went to pet adoption at Pet smart but no dogs there and they wouldn't let us pet cats. We came here..they let us hold bunny and we couldn't say no. Thx Paulmac's 😊
