Great store that is well-kept and keeps a diverse stock of products for most common pets. In-store cat is super sweet. Staff are kind.

Great local place, for all things pets, especially cats and dogs. A staple of the plaza for some time now. Recent renovations have completely transformed the store. Bright, open, and spacious aisles. Bigger selection, and a major addition. The dog wash station.

Awesome friendly staff, who were very kind when we were shopping for cats treats. Mentioning to us, if our cat didn't like the treats we could bring them back. After she tried the one, she basicslly snubbed her nose at! We were able to return them with no problems.

Really friendly staff, good selection. They have a section for small pets. There are wild bird feeders and seed. They have a selection of birthdays cards that are super cute. There are not pets in this store to purchase. The store cat is adorable by the way!

Have shopped at this location for a few years now. Great owners that real care. But this review is about the staff. He has some amazing workers in there right now. I went in to buy my cat food and mentioned I had a new kitten and how he was eating a lot. She told me that I should be feeding a different kind of food. She helped me find it. Today I went into get another bag. She was there again and helped me. What a difference the change made. Was greeted when I went in and asked if I needed help. I forgot the name of the food so she looked it up for me from my last purchase. Thank you for all your knowledge and getting my Kitten on the proper food.

Staff was very knowledgeable about their products and helped me find a food that met very specific requirements, from knowing what they had in the store. Not by walking with me and reading the info on each one, which i can do by myself.
I appreciate her making it so easy!

We brought our two Labs in for a bath. We found two raised wash enclosures plenty big enough for our boys. The boys walked up the steps and jumped in. For $12 each, they provide a variety of soaps including deshedding and odour eliminator. The hand held shower was easy to use. Then they have a huge supply of towels to dry them off and/or the use of a dryer. When we were done, we grab a couple of treats for the boys and headed out. The staff came over and did all the clean up. What a great deal!!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to rave about the exceptional customer service I have experienced here. I am always greeted once I walk in the store and they have an extensive selection of items, so even though I live closer to another Pet Valu, I go out of my way to visit this one. The staff are so friendly and kind, I always leave with a smile on my face. Can’t recommend this location enough!

The amazing knowledgeable folks here and at the store on George ♡ me and Maeby love going in here! Clean too. And you can even clean your own dog for $12 at the washing station in the back. Lots of options for all different pet supplies and many brands to choose from.

The girl who does the free nail trims is one of the nicest, most gentle people I have ever met. My Rabbit Grayson will not let me trim his nails, but she is very confident and good at what she does, and offers tips and tricks. Big line, but she is very fast, and gives each pet and owner 100%. Thank you so much!! We greatly appreciate it!

Staff is always super friendly and super helpful. They also have free nail trims once a week which is awesome. Always greeted with a smile and they also just expanded so there is more selections.

Had to get some food for a dog I am dog sitting. They were able to guide me to where I needed to be to get what I needed. Also they had a really good deal on for the treats my guest dog was eating. Made sure to grab a couple bags.

Used the DIY dog was station. It was fantastic. Wash station much easier for dogs to get into, no lifting required. Water pressure excellent for fast efficient washing. Lots of absorbent towels, and powerful blow dryer, all for $10!!!! Much better experience at this DIY dog wash.

I love this pet store! They are always so helpful and knowledgeable about their products and what is best for your pet. I always reccomend people to go here over the larger box stores.
