Saman always does such an amazing job! I love how my vision turned into reality, she always delivers! Went in to get a full hair colour and it turned out even better than I expected.

First off, let me start by saying that I called in last minute because I was so desperate to have a fresh hair look and the lady who answered the phone was so nice, she worked out her magic and managed to book me in. I am a black woman and I have very coarse cury/kinky hair. Two estheticians (Saman and Marjan) took care of me, they were so gentle while detangling my hair, OMG! I was agreably surprised. They even provided advices on what type of products I should use to moisturize my hair. Two thumbs up for this hair salon!

I went to get a balayage and haircut done with Saman and she is absolutely the best! I showed her the hair colour I wanted and she delivered! I am in total awe of the outcome! Saman is so talented and I would 100% recommend her to anyone. I left the Salon with a new look that I absolutely love! Thank you Saman for the work you put in and the patience you had!

I’ve been going to Chatters at Heartland for years now and my stylist Saman is simply the best! I’ve got really thick hair and most stylists have a hard time doing anything with it, but Saman knows exactly what she’s doing. I always walk out with the most amazing blowouts and colour changes, which always ends in so many compliments! Thank you Saman for being my stylist for years, best decision ever!

The heartland location on the whole has so many great stylists , they always help each other if needed as well. Great location with great talent!

Incredibly kind and helpful staff! Maria-Louisa was incredible she gave me the most beautiful butterfly cut! And Marjin was an absolute sweetheart who styled my hair so well. Such a talented and lovely group of ladies who make you feel at home. 🤍

Aries is a great stylist. I love my trim & style. The consultation was a great experience, he asked me helpful questions about my hair goals for today's appointment. In the end, my hair turned out the way I wanted it. I walked into the salon unsure and Aries helped me decide on the right choice, very quickly. The price was affordable as well, as we all know, the world is changing and so are our budgets. I am very pleased for choosing Chatters Heartland! The other staff here are amazing and helpful as well! By the way, I called 45 minutes before my appointment, and they booked me in at my convenience - how great is that?

I’ve been seeing Angie for the last year and I’ve been so amazed by their talent and services. During Covid I box dyed my hair brown and kept box dying for about a year. In May of 2022 I consulted with Angie about my hair and my future goals of going platinum. They were very transparent with me, as going from box dye to platinum would be a marathon and not a race. Needless to say, I was able to go platinum and got the privilege to experience their beautiful soul whenever I sat in their chair. Angie is so welcoming and I appreciate everything they do. I will follow Angie and I would 100% recommend their services to anyone!❤‍🔥

Absolutely love this place. Staff is exceptionally awesome just real people made me and my 3 year old daughter feel right at home. She got her ears pierced and they made her feel so comfortable. Thx guys 💕. Definitely recommend.

Love this place! Saman was so sweet and did an AMAZING job with my hair. A client for life omg!! Best transformation! After getting a bad haircut and colour from a different place, she took me and brought my hair back to life. Took her time with the consultation as well and gave honest advice. Recommend 10/10!

Amazingly talented hairstylist and friendly staff. I came for a hair colour correction, because my previous hair colour was too dark for my liking. My previous stylist had said I would need to have it bleached if I wanted to change to a lighter shade. Aries of Chatters Heartland was able to lighten it to my desired shade without using bleach. He did forewarn me that he couldn’t guarantee the results and didn’t proceed until I confirmed I was okay with it. It worked! I got my desired colour and a perfect haircut, too. He also suggested hair treatment, and I’m glad I took it. The scalp massage was so relaxing even if was just for a few minutes. The cashier was also very nice. I didn’t notice the prompt for the tip so I ended up missing it, but she was cheerfully willing to do it for me separately. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend the hair treatment.

Can I just say that Chatters struck the GOLDMINE when they got Kelly to work at their Heartland location.
I called this afternoon and this UNEARTHLY DELIGHTFUL ANGEL answered the phone in such a happy tone! She not only ran to check if my product was in stock but immediately agreed to stash a bottle behind the counter for me. She didn’t have to tell Meg but she informed me about their 30% off sale going on. She was a breath of fresh air to chat to!
As SOON as I walked in, I knew who that voice belonged to; this radiating and cheerful redhead shining from behind the counter!
We discussed my hair goals and without any sense of pressure or “sales” she helped recommend a leave in conditioner- which was ALSO 30% off!!!

With the holidays coming, I cannot recommend EVERYONE come visit Kelly for any and all of your hair care goals! I cannot wait to run out of my products to come back!!!

I've stopped getting my hair cut because I'm allergic to 98% of shampoos and hair products. Decided to come here and get a dry cut but they weren't having it. We went through shampoo bottle after shampoo bottle until we found one that they could use to wash my hair. While it doesn't mean a lot to most it meant a lot to me.

Paula is so knowledgeable and so helpful! I called her to ask her for her advice about my hair and i had a million questions Paula is so patient and kind with a smile she helped me throughout everything! If i ever go back to this location it is because of how sweet and helpful Paula is! Thank you!!

I’ve been coming to Angie at Chatters for a while now and I don’t see myself stopping any time soon. Angie has always been attentive and willing to take on new concepts for creative hairstyles, and they manage to make it work every time! If there’s ever something that is unrealistic or hard to obtain, Angie is very communicative about it; letting you know what the steps would be, what the costs are, and how it may hold up down the line.

Angie took my hair from a post-lockdown, grown out balayage to copper, then to maroon, and then to bright red. I’m always bringing up new things to Angie for my next hair transformation and they’ll tell me what to expect.

I’ll happily follow Angie anywhere they go and will take time off of work to make sure I get an appointment with them! All my family and friends get referred to Angie 🖤

I brought my younger sister to this salon for the first time, and Rashmi did such an amazing job, my sis was really satisfied with her cut, and she will be coming here regularly :)

I wanted a pretty drastic change at the end of summer and I booked a consultation with Angie. I explain to her what I wanted to do and that I was a bit scared and she recommend the best shade for me. I went from blonde to a dirty blonde (1st visit) to a chestnut brown (2nd visit). She always open to my ideas and if she doesn’t think it will benefit me or my hair she will let me know and make suggestions. She’s also the sweetest person I’ve ever met and my therapist as well 💓😂 Can’t wait to see you soon ❤

Rashmi did a wonderful job, I had so many doubts regarding the balayage, we discussed the details before and she truly recommended the color and the process that suits my hair type.
