Great property management

Was in the process of moving to grand forks from Vancouver when I posted in a local group that asking for a rental property “Kenn dodds” reached out to me and told me he has a place. When we met he showed me the place and did a credit application with me and told me everything looked good, I then told him about some of the other places I was looking and he told me to “stop looking” this place is yours the next day even calling me and saying he had some “bad news” then proceeding to tell me the place is mine and “he was joking” everything was going well up until 3 days before I was supposed to move in another potential roommate met with the owners of the house and Ken thought that was crossing the line even though that same day he had said the owners asked to meet me and I asked if they would meet my potential roommate to which they agreed. A day before I was supposed to move in he blocked my number claimed never said I could move in and because nothing was signed I was out of luck. I’ve heard some horror stories from some other locals with dealing with him. Strongly advise seeking out a different realtor if this one reaches out to you.
