Logan and Erica were so awesome in helping my wife and I purchase our first home. i wont get into details but trust me when i say we were not easy to deal with. But through it all Logan and Erica just stepped up to every request and they are naturally honest genuine people. I don't recommend him at all. Complained about the area we were looking in (Greenwood), stayed texting on his phone the entire house tour rather than assisting us, complained about every house. When we bought, since the day we signed, he has had no contact. Even after an email and text to him. No card, no thank you, no screw you.
Hands down the worse real estate agent.
