These guys were great, friendly, and fair prices for quality work. I needed an alignment immediately due to issue in rear and they even squeezed me in for next day, definitely going to be using these guys in the future.
I was just back into j&m March 27th to get bunch of aftermarket performance parts installed, as always they did amazing job. They got it done quick and my car drives amazing, I'm super happy with the service and I can trust my car is in good hands.

I've had oil changes, brake changes, AC repair and other miscellaneous repair work done at this business and I can confidently say that the work is excellent and the cost is very reasonable. Also, the guys here are super friendly and very accommodating with their schedule! They also provide a shuttle service which is fantastic. I waited far too long in going to them, would have saved a lot of money and time had I done so sooner. I take my in-warranty car here along with a second older car because their service is far superior and certainly far more cost-effective than going to a dealership. They were recommended by a close friend who described them as honest and reasonable, which is precisely how my experience has been with them. I highly recommend this business!

Nice local business with very knowledgeable mechanics. Realistic with prices. You can even get gift cards. Can order parts for most vehicles, including sports cars. Would highly recommend them to individuals who see cars like their firstborn. That's the passion that comes out of this business.

in that morning and he and the team had it safetied by noon. In my experience, just old school, straight forward, honest customer service. Often hard to find these days!

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with the automotive mechanic who took care of my air conditioning repair. I have to say, I'm quite impressed with the service I received.

When I first walked into the shop, I was greeted by friendly staff who seemed genuinely interested in helping. I explained the issue I was having with my air conditioning, and they assured me they would take a look.

The mechanic who worked on my car showed a good deal of knowledge and experience. They quickly identified the problem and explained what needed to be done to fix it. I appreciated that they took the time to break down the process for me.

The repair itself was done efficiently, and I was surprised at how quickly they were able to get my air conditioning back up and running. It's been working perfectly ever since I got my car back from the shop.

Overall, I have to say that I'm quite satisfied with the service I received. The mechanic's expertise, along with the friendly and professional atmosphere of the shop, made for a positive experience. If you're in need of air conditioning repair for your vehicle, I would definitely recommend giving this mechanic a try.

Jesse and his crew are honest folks. I've had great experiences with them. When I was in college and broke, I hit a snowbank and my front end got messed up a bit. Jesse fixed it at an amazing price.

Last time I went, I needed an AC service, and sway bars on my car. The pricing I was given was amazing, and I was shocked to find it wasn't another gift, but the regular low price. Genuinely I called to schedule some service and I was given the advice that it was likely something not required at this time.

Genuinely, the man told me what car brands to purchase next time to see him less, without hesitation. And it's not just Jesse, that's just who most of my interactions have been with. The entire team are honest people. If I asked any of them a question, I know it'd be correct.

Next time I go I need to give them a box of donuts or something...

This place is fabulous, professional mechanics who really care about the customer. I give them a 5+ as they did a terrific repair job on my vehicle at a very reasonable price. Don't go to the dealer who offers a free car wash but believe me you'll regret it when you get their bill. I won't go anywhere else now. They are honest and very friendly and listen to you and will do everything to find out what problems there are with the car. Thank you so much guys You made my day!

I almost don’t want to leave a review because then more people will find out about the best shop in town! Jesse and Justin on the front desk are an incredible duo. I barely get my name out on the phone, and they know exactly who I am, my vehicle and everything. They are completely upfront, and I never feel like I am walking away, not knowing what was done or what needed to be done on my van. I drive an older vehicle, and feel complete peace of mind, knowing that they have been looking after it for me. That is a rare thing in the vehicle industry these days!

I have nothing but great things to say about J & M Auto. Jesse and the team here do great work, and their customer service is the best. "Honesty, integrity and respect" says it all. Hands down the best place to get your vehicle looked after. Highly recommend.

Went because my engine light was on. They checked it within 10 minutes of arriving, said what the problem was, and that it wasn't a big deal and wouldn't affect my driving or safety. It was refreshing to not try to be sold on repairs I didn't need. By being courteous and honest, they have gained a new customer in me for any future repairs and maintenance I may need.

Today was a very hard day for us when our pop up trailer broke flowed by our SUV promptly after while we were on route to go camping. J&M were our saviours when they went over and above and showed us such kindness. They offered us their shuttle suv for the weekend so our camping trip would not be cancelled since our vehicle was a much bigger job..
Because of J & M, reynolds towing and chemong RV we are on our way and have three happy kids excited for our weekend.

I took my car in for servicing and new brakes, a few weeks ago. It was my first time coming here and going to new mechanic is always nerve wracking as you don’t know if they will be honest with you or not. However I felt like they were so honest and up front with me. I don’t feel like they were trying to rip me off but were wanting to give me the best service at the best cost. They were so helpful answering all my questions. Their service was so quick but they kept me updated throughout the entire process. Highly recommend. You have a lifelong customer in me!

Contacted J&M after they were recommended to me. I needed an engine for my 2005 Pontiac G6. The staff were honest, knowledgeable & very quick at diagnosing/repairing. Derek and Jesse are professional, friendly and effective. But most of all, they have a ton of integrity - something hard to find these days.

Unlike the typical dealership where you feel like you're stuck in a glass jar full of mosquitoes, these guys are just real. They get you the best price on parts and charge more than a fair price for the labour. Last year I was in thinking I had something really wrong with my car, but was pleasantly surprised when they told me the issue was minor and a lot less to fix than I imagined. When I brought in my car today I had another great experience. Add consistency to their list too.
