1. Knowledge: The staff at Big Box Outlet really knows their stuff. They answered all my questions and made me feel confident in my choices.

2. Budget-Friendly: They were great at working with my budget. I didn't feel pressured to spend more than I wanted to, and they helped me find some great deals.

3. Service: Gray, the associate who helped me, was outstanding. They were friendly, patient, and went the extra mile to assist me. It felt like a personalized shopping experience.

We’ve been dropping in for years now and it’s time for a review. Great staff is #1. There is always a greeting , cashiers are always friendly, no one seems “put out” if you have a question or need a price check. It’s old school service. From brand name items and high end furniture. The only thing that’s changed are the prices which aren’t as competitive as before but still 5 stars.

Awesome staff here who are extremely helpful! I had a lovely experience with a clerk named Jayden on Saturday evening when i went in for buying some reading glasses. No longer on display I asked Jayden if he might know where there are some pairs, and he kindly assured me he would find some, and left his activity to find out for me. But when no answers could be found, he offered to investigate further by searching the back warehouse room without me having to ask him. His diligence paid off and he promptly returned to where I was waiting with 3 pairs. I bought them all! The quality and effectiveness of these glasses at the reasonable price of $2.99 cannot be beat and I was so grateful not to leave empty handed! A big thank you to Jayden for taking it on himself to help me get these glasses and the other lovely girl behind the till who was also so friendly. The amazing customer service here is why I frequent the store!

Customer service at another level.

I procrastinated to go into a store my close friend recommended for a spin bike.

By the time I went, it was sold out. Called another store, sold out too. The gentleman at the 2nd location recommended the Murrayville location. Jackpot, spoke to Marie and found the bike I was looking for. She put it on hold and advised to speak to Karan when I arrived at the store in the evening. Karan was amazing from when I got the bike up until I left.

From going to the White Rock location to the Murrayville location, everything one that I interacted with in person and over the phone has redefined customer service expectations for me. To begin with, I’m hard to please too.

The saying Apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree, must be true. How amazing the staff and service is, the management and or owners must be just as amazing individuals.

I’m thankful, greatful and blessed to have met such amazing people. Thank-you to everyone at The Big Box Outlet.

I had a great conversation with the GM and was provided a great solution. Things happen but what sets businesses apart is how they deal with it and find a solution. The GM definitely found a solution and set this business apart from many! Thank you!!

Purchased a electric bike. I was given the wrong charger. I live 30km away and was told I would have to drive back to replace it. Not only did it impact my son's weekend cause we couldn't charge the bike they won't find a solution other than me driving back to get one. Not great customer experience.

Went in to purchase some pop, ended up grabbing some juice and to my surprise they also had a huge butane refill bottle for only $12. Cashier was very helpful and quick. In and out in a blink.

Excellent service and Ken helped me find everything I needed and then some. I came in for underwear and left with snacks and goodies for mom too.

The Manager Randy assisted by Karen were very helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Randy is a very good sales person, we didn’t have intentions of spending much money but left spending nearly $5000. He his a great asset to your store! We have already passed on the good vibes to others to stop into his store! Well done Randy!

Edit: Randy at Big Box Murrayville rectified the situation with a very valid, reasonable solution. So I have changed my judgement.

Received a gift (battery operated leaf blower) for Christmas. They sold the item at full price for what the box said was inside. Was missing charger and battery ($200 to buy separately since the false advertising on the box). I opened it when I needed it past the return date ( Frankly I shouldn't have had to open it during the return date just to make sure everything was inside at the price they sold it as) This store does not check to make sure their pricing is reflective of what is inside the box. Buyer beware and check that you're paying for what you think you are paying for.

This shop is on 48th Street and Faser Highway. Some of the items in the shop are very cheap, and they have everything, just to find something that suits you.

I wanted to send a big shout out to Randy and Jenn who helped me out after I made a purchase at the store. I was in the market for another air fryer and Randy took the time to help me and we had similar make and model, however the store doesn’t carry that one at present.
I purchased the Innsky and was quite pleased with the product. However there was a missing component and when I called to see if we could replace it, they were sold out. However Jenn took the time to still look and even though she couldn’t find another one to replace, she offered me a discount to purchase one on line and I accepted. Love the company, love the staff and the fact they go the extra mile. Refreshing to see customer service at the level where it should be!!!

Margaret is the bomb. Kindest most helpful customer service person I have had the pleasure of working with. So excited for my finds and will 100% be back for so many more shopping trips here.

The staff are terrific - friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well laid out. It is easy to find items you're looking for at great prices. They have great sales and in time of Covid, clothing items can be easily returned since change rooms aren't open. My wardrobe has many items purchased from Big Box :)

Love this place! They have awesome staff and amazing deals! We bought a toy truck and a exercise bike today . Randy and his coworkers were so kind, helpful and funny.
