Driver was great, dispatch had the driver at my appointment in no time. Brought me to Ford in a safe manner.

I drove for this company and I loved driving for them. I like the contracts they have, and the service the car & van I get to drive, Disbatch and the owner as well. Fair rates too.

Hope to be driving for them again soon

Completely terrible. Dude drove like a 6-year old. Then demanded I give him a large tip before we even stopped. What a loser. I would rather have been driven around by Ray Charles.

Slow unorganized

The cabbie tried to rip me off. When he picked me up he asked if how I was paying. After he decided it was a flat rate if $60 to the airport. Other companies charge $45. When I told him by debit, he started telling me that his machine didn't have any battery life. He wanted to take me to the bank first. I told him no, so he wanted me to email transfer it. I said no again. He continued to go on about stopping for money. I told him no. As we pulled up to the airport he starts grinding me about how much time I still had until my flight. I could have gotten cash. After he hands me his machine... Low and behold he had a full battery. I told him I would be calling the head office to discuss my trip. He begged me not too... makes me think this is not the first complaint

Called cab 9:16 for Abasand, Didn’t show up for a half hour, I called back at 9:46 and they said cab was on the way. I called back at 10:20 and they wouldn’t answer. Got my roommate to call the cab 10:22 after I called 3 times and they answered him first call. This company is low, stay away if you can!

A few days before Christmas, I was leaving evp and got in your company’s taxi, I was quite drunk and ended up dropping my wallet in the cab, the cabbie brought my wallet to the door but not before taking almost $200 in cash out. Didn’t realize till after he had left. Never use these cabs. Company is corrupt through and through. Drivers are scummy. Call someone else

watch out for this company shady people please be careful

Called and tried to book a pick up, they literally said to call another cab company cus he didn't want to book the ride. Blows my mind.

When I called to book a cab the dispatcher argued with me that I've taken a cab from them a few months ago when I haven't even been to ft. Mac in many years. He was rude and disrespectful and I ended calling united cab and had great service. Don't waste your time with this company

Would never recommend this farce of a company....told 15 min...1 hour later...no cab and now not answering phone!!

Cabbie was rude and wondering why I naves carry cash on hand making a big deal about having to use his debit machine ***DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY ***

Car didn’t show up
When I called The dispatcher said she’d look into it and then never called back

The driver didnt know where I was going and didnt know how to use google maps so he kicked me out

Cab never came after calling twice.you try to make the right decision.
