Landmark Cinemas Fort McMurray, Eagle Ridge

My girls had so much fun today at the cinema. The staff were all great and accommodating - they will go beyond when it comes to service. I want to give extra credit to their manager, Frances, for her kindness and great customer service!

We always enjoy the atmosphere and cleanliness inside the theater. Best movie experience for everyone in the family! Super proud that we have this in town!

My experience with landmark Cinema was so nice. I have watched a movie named animal and it was a very nice experience. There was 3D audio with the best cinema screen. And I would like to recommend other people to go there because it's a very nice cinema.

One of the greatest theatres in North America. Staff is highly impressive and accommodating. Seating and AV is just perfect. Food selection and quality is pretty decent. Friends and family all over from US and Canada came to watch movies here and confirmed the statements above. Way to go Landmark! Keep up the great work.

Great place for entertainment. Love the reclining and spacious seat. Very neat and clean. Good size screen. Popcorns are good. Plenty of washrooms, no need to wait. Washrooms are very clean with accessories. Price is reasonable. Very friendly staffs. There are parking spots including para parking. Location is very good. Other stores are also available near by. Highly recommend others to try this movie theatre.

We went to the new Kong vs Godzilla, great seats, popcorn and it was a few bucks cheaper on this Sundays show, not sure why though.

The is the nicest movie theater I've ever been to. All the theaters have recliners, the place is always clean. I just did the laser theater and that was treat. The sound was pretty awesome!

I had a good time watching Avatars movie before 2022 ends. Landmark Cinema is quite a place to bring friends and family. Clean. Orderly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Every visit to this movie theater is a joy. The seats are comfortable recliners, you can bring a blanket and Make yourself right at home while watching new movies. The staff are generally friendly.

Maybe they could hire some extra hands to help with cleaning the main area during the rush hours. Last visit it was pretty dirty. When my cousins brought up the cleanliness of the area we buy our popcorn and fill out drinks the staff said "it was busy, we don't have time to clean it right now." Then we simply walked away to go see the movie. I believe it was a manager that ran to us in the hallway to apologize about the state of the front explaining that the mess would be cleaned before the shifts are over.

I understand it's hard to clean when there is a huge rush, but once that rush is gone to watch their movie, staff could just start cleaning the mess. The amount of popcorn all over the floor behind the counter and where customers walk was definitely a tripping Hazzard.

I do miss the old theater downtown, but this new one is worth the drive uptown.

A great theater to see a movie clean and not as busy as a larger city. If you wait a week or 2 premium seats are easy to get or order in advance. I miss when they didn't check tickets the honor system was a nice touch. Movies cycle fast so don't hesitate or you may miss the movie.

I booked my daughter's birthday. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. The ladies took care of everything for our guests. Snack and drinks ready and delivered to the cinema. Decorated the party room with me and helped me setup everything. It was a great experience.

The only and therefore the best cinema in Fort Mac, although the staff here are still wonderful, when I went to watch The Equalizer 3 recently me and my brother were the last ones to leave, and they had bags of popcorn lined up which the supervisor/manager (great fellow) was handing out to whoever wanted to take them home, it's service like that that makes you want to return to and visit a place, highly recommended.

While visiting our daughter and son in law in fort McMurray we decided to go to a movie at the landmark cinema. It's been a very long time since seeing a movie at a landmark cinema, we thoroughly enjoyed it! The reclining chairs made us feel like we were home in our own living room.
