I think people giving this place a bad review might be mixing it up with another place in town because this place is amazing. super friendly and professional staff, it's clean and accommodating. It's open during office hours as most business's like this are and is located in timberlea.

Overall good experience! Went early to be there before registration. Got in promptly and was actually seen by the doctor before they were even suppose to open.

I have been to this clinic on a couple of occasions and from the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out I was treated in a respectful & courteous manner by everyone involved.

The PCN Clinic has been fairly helpful to me, (with the resources they have available) when I am unable to see my family doctor or when I require non-emergency medical services that my family doctor can't provide.

Friendly staff and lots of different services available

Been here many times before and it's usually pretty good. I get in & out just as fast or faster than if I had an appointment with my own doctor. I know sometimes they get busy and stop accepting patients past a certain time so if they've been open for awhile it's a good idea to call and check how busy they are. We just called to see how busy they were and told them we had to drive from Thickwood. We were told there was only 6 people waiting to see the doctor that was around 7:30pm so that's pretty good right? I mean they're open until 10pm....... So we drove all the way down there only to find them closed up with the doors locked. Gee do you think maybe you might have mentioned you were about to close far sooner then your posted hours say? It was made very clear why we were calling and where we were coming from. Even if we were downtown what did you think we'd show up 2 minutes later? On top of that with 6 people ahead of us and a half hour until you closed, you really think we would have even seen the doctor? Absolutely unacceptable service this time, would be one star if based on tonight.

I just want to inform you that you must change your hours on the internet as we went to the clinic at 8 pm on Sunday because online it says its open until 10 pm everyday but apparently it now closes at 6 pm on Sundays.

I was referred to who I assume is a visiting dermatologist Dr Ferrier. After waiting months for my appointment I was pretty much told what I wanted done takes too long and should have it done somewhere else. (They were nice enough to suggest the specific clinic) was in and out in under 2 minutes. The doctor even said to the assistant how ‘easy that was’

My referral stated clearly what the reason for my visit was. I suppose if they tell me over the phone they have no intension of treating me they couldn’t have charged Alberta Health for the appointment. Way to waste peoples time.
