Never again. Tax preparer made assumptions on my behalf, and after being audited I discovered the mistake. After contacting Balanced Numbers they took zero accountability and said they would contact the CRA to fix it. I asked them to contact me once it was taken care of since it was a time sensitive issue. Guess what? No one ever called me back! I dealt with issue myself. Waste of money.

The “office manager” Joyce shows a level unprofessionalism which is far beyond a level of professionalism a business should have. A lack of communication clients need in order to properly file their taxes and withholding personal information. Absolutely horrible, would not support them at all.
