First when i met them ,wasn't sure they can work in my case but after i signed in ,saw they were working hard to get a result on my be half and i do really appreciate for their all efforts ,because they are all experience people .

EDIT: Four months later nothing has been done and no one has contacted me. I emailed as instructed and am truly not surprised, given my experience there.

When I was preparing to leave town, I was doing my last tax return signing with my accountant at MNP, Lindsay Hendy. He questioned me on my plans for the next few years, which included a move back to Fort McMurray. He discovered that he would be retiring before my return and went forward with telling me I was the worst client he ever had, without elaborating. You can imagine my surprise, as he was also a client of mine. I was obviously upset and reported this to the office via email, which was never responded to.

Fast forward to my next tax season in a new city and my new accountant asked me "WHY WAS YOUR ACCOUNTANT NOT TAKING ALL YOUR DEDUCTIONS?"

Turns out, while Lindsay was secretly fuming about me all those years for late filing my taxes (while leaving cash tips as my client) he was also COSTING ME THOUSANDS of unnecessary tax dollars by not taking all of the deductions I was entitled to for my small business.

After the overcharging for under service, I do not recommend this company and especially do not recommend Lindsay Hendy.
